While moving my belongings into the storage was a simple and non-stressful process, at 9:00 pm on March 31, 2026…the outside lights kept shutting on and off which made it unsafe and the visibility to move my things very difficult. There should be better lighting and lighting in the storage units.

Earsell B | First ImpressionsOn 8/25/25, I met a female staff about reserving a 10x15 unit which was secure with my debit card with the first month free. On the Friday after the 8/25/25 while purchasing covers, another female stated that the unit was not secured but did another transaction for the same unit. I kept both documents. On 8/30/25 10x15 storage and and unit was shown to me which was the first month free moving forward. On the Friday of the same week while purchasing covers, the second staff stated that unit was not reserved and she did another transaction. On 8/30/25, I met a gentleman who told me that there were no reservation, but only the 10x20 was available. I became frustrated about the entire process and disappointed in the service which was a poor communications

Alejandra M | Online Move InI called customer service to cancel a storage unit reservation after not being able to get in contact with anyone at this location over the course of three days. To be clear, the customer service agent I spoke to couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. That resulted in them sending me an email stating that my monthly unit payment was overdue and that I would be charged a late fee. An overdue bill and a late fee for unit that had been canceled roughly 2 weeks prior. This is the result of inability to communicate and poor communication internally. I would not recommend this location to a friend.
