They did Ok after new employee was helping me wit my store and suddenly she when to the restroom for like 15 mint .. Then another employee Help me get everything straight
Manuel B | First ImpressionsI have rented storage at this facility for over 20 years. The facility has always been professionally maintained, and I have always been treated very, very well. The manager of the facility, Sherev, has always been very helpful and consistently professional. I had a very large number of items in multiple storage units that needed to be given away to church groups and senior citizen centers, and Sherev handled it all -- truly remarkable work effort and results!!

These people have showed my how a truly honest and reputable company can make doing business so much more reasonable than any of the 4/5 companies I have worked with in the past. Thanks to the staff, and all that make up such a great team !

CRAIG G | Overall ExperienceMy experience was generally quite good and the facility was clean. I liked the consistency of staff - I saw the same employees every time I was at my unit and the manager was often around and interacting with customers. I had confidence my items were safe and secure. My primary area of feedback regards access to the loading bays. Cars and trucks are allowed to park there when they are not actively loading and unloading. On my last two visits to clean out my unit I had to carry items from the loading zone down the stairs and to my vehicle. Super inconvenient. On at least one occasion, one of the employees vehicles was parked in a spot for loading and unloading. (I saw this employee moving and Getting things out of the same vehicle the day before.) From a design perspective, it makes no sense that the customer parking is accessed from the truck rental return lane. So during busy times, those spots are either not accessible or you can’t get your vehicle out.
