John the manager is just amazing!! I’ve been using this Bridge Street, Weymouth U-Haul location for many years! Ever since John started managing this location, the quality of service & professionalism has sky rocketed! Previously, service was sketchy… at best. Grateful to have John here!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff at Bridge street Self Storage were very nice, I appreciate that they made my experience as easy peaceful as possible.
Lynette W | Experiencia generalJd kee is the best
PAUL B | Mudanza en líneaToo many price increases. No effort made to grandfather existing customers. Too bad I would still be there if the price had not kept rising.
GORDON C | Experiencia generalJD and his staff do an EXCELLENT job (friendly, helpful and competent). I had a great experience as a renter for 3 years. Nice to see in this day and age when most people just don't seem to care about customers. My sincere thanks.
CHARLES P | Experiencia generalJD is the best customer service agent in the world!
Donagh T | Experiencia generalJD and his team are amazing!! Thanks!
Michael M | Experiencia generalAlso am a previous customer and LOVE JD. I feel like I am cared for and I have a sense of trust. The facility is run very well. Grateful to have this available to me.
AMANDA C | Primeras impresionesIt was nice but too expensive and they go up every 6 months and if it late they tack on 42.99
Tracy r | Experiencia generalElevator needs service. Would rise to the top and then drop 3". Had to hit the up button a second time to make it level.
kevin h | Primeras impresionesYour facility is clean and organized. Each employee has been great to deal with.
Michael W | Mudanza en líneaThe staff was always so helpful and welcoming whenever I needed anything.
Elizabeth B | Experiencia generalThey were all great very helpfull
paul f | Experiencia generalThe elevator was broken for at least 2 weeks. No one had any solutions to this problem. I had to pay someone to bring all my stuff up the stairs. There were 2 large heavy pieces that could not be carried up the flight of stairs. I did not want to go past 11/13/2025 because the rent was due on the 14th. I called and left the manager a message and he never got back to me. I also contacted the corporate office twice and was again completely ignored. I will never go to UhAul again.
