My ratings are the way they are because I told them I was moving out of the storage unit and everything and they did not attempt to contact me for any reason to be able to close my account. I am not happy that I moved out in November and got charged for December! Please close my account and do not take anymore money from me.

Theresa Y | Overall ExperienceHaving an internal storage on the 2nd floor made it impossible to maneuver large pieces of furniture from the hallway into the storage room, not enough room to turn for couches or long dressers/tables. Also the lip from the elevator to the ground was a large enough (2”?) where it made it impossible to push carts in and out.

James W | Online Move InI stored a variety of belongings, including furniture, books, clothes, towels, and pillows, for approximately 3 years. Everything stayed fresh and clean! There was ZERO mold or mildew. The storage facility was always well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hanover U-Haul!

JUDITH D | First ImpressionsTaylor deserves a raise. She is the best example of how customer service representatives should be. I had to unfortunately extend my truck rental due to a family emergency. When I returned it, I was a mess from crying due to my dad's health. Taylor was so sweet and understanding. When I picked up the truck there was a problem because another client didn't return the truck we had rented. I had such a fun time talking with Taylor and I haven't laughed that much in a long time. I will ABSOLUTELY refer everyone I know to tent from the Hanover office. Please tell Taylor that Collene appreciates her kindness, professionalism and overall great personality. 👍

U haul itself shouldn't keep raising the rents on spaces that's a huge turn off. Just because you have a unit for an extended time should not mean the price goes up every year.
