The truck was very clean, but should not have been in service. The brakes sounded as if they were metal to metal when I stepped on the pedal. Stopping power was weak even w/o a load. There is no way the maintenance shop could have missed this. I should have brought this truck back 5 minutes after pickup, but was on a time restriction. A truck with over 140K miles probably should be retired.

She had a great attitude and made me feel like I was renting a truck from a family member! I would absolutely recommend renting from this location. Unfortunately the only thing I'm upset about is mileage now. It use to be the 20 bucks for a day and then fill the tank. I had the truck for 3 hours. I paid 100$ plus put 10 in the tank. I paid 110$ for 3 hours?

The gentleman at the checkout desk checked the truck and told us the pads and one dolly were in the truck, and not the second dolly so he took that off the order. We left and drove a distance to where we were packing up things, only to discover that NOTHING was in the truck. We had much to pack and little time to go back and get the supplies. VERY disappointing and confusing, not to mention hard on us in terms of lack of supplies for this move. I expected more from a UHAUL.

I tried to use the self service pick up but couldn't get to the page online that I needed to. I went into the office for help. I was so incredibly impressed with Taylor Byner. She was helpful, efficient and professional. It was very busy with customers needing her help for multiple tasks. She handled it all exceedingly well. As long as she is working at this location I will be a loyal customer. It makes all the difference knowing you have someone so competent who you can rely on.

WAYNE O. | Overall ExperienceI have used this facility for approximately seven years, with the fee starting at $95. Incremental increases escalated the monthly fee to $135, a 42% increase ! Located on the second floor, there have been ongoing issues with either the elevator and/or the garage door function. Though of late, "perhaps" labor issues/covid might be a reason for the lack of a fix, this was going on long before covid hit. Management was sympathetic, but there did not seem to be corporate support/concern. It was not until I raised the issue to corporate more than once, that a credit was issued, but still not fixed as of yesterday. Hopefully this gets to the right people so this facility can be brought to a proper standard.

Joseph T. | Overall ExperienceDuring the reservation process it was communicated to me that there would be one month free storage for a one way rental and return at this location. I confirmed on the phone my reservation and when I went to return my truck and use my storage unit the employee told me that I didn't have a reservation. It took about half an hour additional on a busy moving day to get this unit set up. I wasn't able to then use my free month of storage so I was promised that the charge should be reversed "when my boss comes" as I had to pay up front. I never received a key card or pin to access the unit so I had to be asked to be let in. The garage door had a broken sensor so we were unable to close the door when we left. I called multiple times in the following weeks after I didn't receive my refund and was unable to get through to someone due to long wait times that I could not accommodate. When I did finally move out and asked the local facility about my refund of the charge on my credit card which was less than three weeks prior I was told "it was too late" to do anything about it. I would not recommend them for storage to anyone.

I don't know if they need to seal their doors better or get some sort of dehumidify thing system but all of the property was destroyed. The staff member on duty anytime I went was incredibly rude, like I was inconveniencing her for asking her to do her job. I would suggest a different storage unit company

Most of the staff were nice and helpful, however, were not well versed on UHaul's on-line systems. It took me a few months to figure out how to pay the rent on-line as the staff couldn't help me and I had to figure it out myself. 4. The gate to access the storage units was kept open during the day most of the times I visited in the summer. There was staff on hand, but no-one stopped to ask us for ID, etc. I understood that the unit was not climate controlled when I rented it, but did not know that dampness would be an issue and for that I would be reluctant to recommend to others.
