The whole U Haul system was down.No phones or credit card/ debit transactions . We had to pay cash up front. we returned the truck before the next rental period, but the worker in the store would not check us in.She told us to go. I then get a bill emailed for 2 days of rental when we brought the truck back on time.The technician did not check the vehicle in until 11:53 . We were there at 11:00. Very unhappy with an additional bill.

This was my best,most convenient rental experience at this location yet. The man working when I picked up the rental this morning was friendly and quick( had a beard). The vehicle was newer and had no problems. When I returned the vehicle tonight there was another younger guy handling the return who was also accommodating and quick, offering to handle It and send me an email receipt. I wish the process was always this quick and easy! We had a long day moving my daughter out of her off campus housing at Providence College, my wife and I appreciated the speedy return.

We were very happy to hear UHaul offered self pick up during the covid19 pandemic however we could not get the keys to the first truck we were assigned because the word code lock on the back gate was wrong. A UHaul associate also tried but could not open it. The associate did the paperwork necessary to switch us to a different truck, gave us our keys and we were on our way. The self check out did not work very well but everything else was great.

I had a really good experience with the customer service girl. She was engaged in taking care of me and helped me get hooked up and out of there. Less than 15 minutes to pick up and drop. Good job by the employees

I had a small Issue with the service. I ordered my truck and equipment online a couple of weeks before my needed date I requested four furniture dolly. When I arrived to pick up I was told that there was only one available. and that was the only one they had. I explained that this was unacceptable that they should have gotten them from another location to fill a request. SO my move was more difficult then needed because U Haul did not for fill its commitment to the customer

Possibly don't use the return signs, as Return "Equipment" Here? That sounds more like, RENTED TOOLS should be left in that area, not FULL size vehicles? I assumed when I dropped the VAN back off, in the dark yard, at 9:30 PM... (when no one is available). was to drive back to the spot I picked it up in! Because it's considered a VEHICLE... so use the word "vehicle"... NOT EQUIPMENT... The gentleman working there, assumed that I hadn't returned the VEHICLE (van) and I could have been charged another day, if I hadn't called in the morning, because I thought I had forgotten a set of keys in the van!!! That was a bit troubling!

Absolutely horrendous experience trying to rent a truck to move with. I will probably never rent from uhaul again if I can help it. Took over an hour just trying to figure out how to rent one on my phone. Other people in the same predicament were leaving because of this process.

Again like I mentioned in the other comments regarding Pick-up, these guys were nice, clean, and easy to work with. However this area (Plymouth, MA) has a problem with its U-Haul providers. No one answers the phone. I had to call U-Haul directly to help me find a location for drop-off.

truck was fine with the exception of the wiper blades. both fell apart within the first 100 miles of a 2,000 mile trip.

I waited nearly two hours from arrival to departure with my uhaul. The truck was cleaan but drove like it was on its last breath, the uhaul system went down so I walked to get cash and when I returned the system was up again. The gentleman who helped me was really great and very calm.

Processing our reservation was redundant and frustrating process. If I rent any other equipment from another supplier, my reservation covers all necessary collection before my arrival, and I only need an ID to pick it up. For some reason Uhaul requires all that information at reservation, and for you to provide it again to an employee onsite. Not a great experience.
