The only thing I was disappointed about was that the storage units only came in one size. There were not 10x10 storage units.
Patricia M | First ImpressionsI was ignored when I tried moving in and had an issue with my lock. Room was not ready. Tried speaking with associate who was sat in the dark on his phonw while I struggled to find my lock. Had to purchase my own lock after a long day of moving. I would not recommend this service. Never heard from facility after calling customer service.
