Was not given reciept, printer was broken. Was not given reservation number so when I returned the vehicle could not link to my uhaul app. The lady who helped us rent the truck was rude, eating yogurt during our purchase and burping. The truck was dirty, mirrors did not stay in place and only had 1/4 tank of gas. Not at all what I expected, gross. Will not go back or recommend. Stay away and find another company!!

I reserved a 10ft truck with a dolly and I bough a queen mattress bag, they didn't have any dollys or queen mattress bags and on top of that I got attitude from the staff. Make sure you have what the customer reserved, if you don't have it call them to let them know in advance try to fix the problem maybe sending the reservation to another location, in advance, she train you employees on customer service.

The person behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. We requested a furniture dolly and it was not available which made our move very difficult. We were told to go to another location to pick one up. Returned back to the store because the truck was full of junk.

My only complaint is that the rental agreement ended up listed under my son John’s name who shares the name of my soon to be ex husband. I rented the U-Haul and need the rental to be listed in my name for my spending records. My son was the driver.

Please improve the fleet. The lady i met at reception was nice but the truck was in a very sorry state. It wouldn't stay straight and steer as desired empty or loaded. The direct competition is far better. I wanted to try uhaul because of the said lower Dock and broader ramp but the was no percieved difference. I would like to avoid the company altogether if i can.

The website confirmed me for a 17" truck when I got to the store they did not have a 17" nor a 15" this was rather upsetting and made my moving trip alot harder due to the fact that I had to rent a 10" truck very disappointed

My mileage was not correct, and I was told (on contract) to have tank 3/4 full. Why was I charged for fuel?? And how do I fix mileage?

My initial phone call to book my uhaul was pleasant. the woman i spoke to was helpful and the process was quick but when i went to pick the uhaul up the man at the counter working with me rude. He was not helpful. when i asked about items to purchase in the store such as boxes, tape, and gloves he didn't want to assist. Overall his behavior seemed apathetic. I will not be using uhaul in the future and will inform people who are moving to not do use them as well.

Pickup process was slow. It was busy and I didn't get out of the parking lot until 9:45. There was a slight language barrier in picking up the truck but once we got past that it was evident that the individual I worked with was knowledgeable about the trucks and very helpful.

The truck cargo area was dirty. We had to sweep it out before use. The truck broke down on the expressway to Boston. We were able to restart it without getting rear ended. We proceeded to our destination, unloaded the truck, and on the return trip, on the expressway south bound it broke down twice. It’s s miracle we did not get killed !! We were able to get they truck restarted both times, but not without fear of a bad accident.
