During these times of a pandemic we expected our vehicle to be at least somewhat clean inside. My pregnant wife and I got in your truck and it was unbelievably filthy. Fresh stains, spills, and sticky substances were prominent throughout the pick up truck cabin. We took several pictures and wanted to share them with uhaul to show the experience. Our sales person was polite and professional, however the vehicle was not. We were disappointed and to be honest, disgusted with the lack of cleanliness.


Employees need more training with respect to the links and text messages and helping customers understand how to use it. When dropping off after hours any internet should be allowed to return trucks, not just google chrome. Or at least write it on the contract to use Google chrome to return trucks after hours


I could not check in using the online checkin. The second person verification could not use the phone number I provided. I'm still unsure why that was so. I ended up going inside to check-in and was asked to go through the process a second time only to learn that my initial attempt would not allow the checkin. I Had to cancel the first 2 and have the store clerk do this manually. This wasted a lot of time. Similarly on drop off the process could not find my location. I made sure that my location was being allowed but the app wouldn't let me proceed. After 45 minutes, all I could do was put the keys in the key return slot. These processes should be greatly improved for a better customer experience.


The customer service was terrible. They completely change my reservation and over charged me. When I ask about the changes she said it's not her job and I need to call the customer service phone line

Andy who works at this location and with who I dealt with is a credit to your organization and the reason I come back here. There was an issue with the truck, it was very clean but the engine wasn't running the way it should which made me nervous driving. The truck was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY and I had to clean it, both the cabin and sweep out the back. The photos did not show massive damage to the side of the vehicle and I suspect they would have tried to charge me for it has I not take ample pictures. Currently they are trying to charge me a cleaning fee that is absolutely unacceptable. I returned the truck with a full tank (more than was required) and cleaner than I got it. I have photographic proof of both of these facts. They are trying to rip me off. Dishonest!


The truck smelled like cigars. When I got to my location and then restarted the truck it would not turn over...took six tries and the engine light came on..driving home was treacherous with filthy windows inside and out with no washer fluid to clean them. very dissatisfied.


The gentleman who helped me out the date I went to pick up my truck was patient and nice. The only issue was that, when I went to do a check of the truck before taking it off the lot, I noticed that one of the headlights was out. So, I had to go back inside and have the gentleman switch my contract to another truck - which he did. Though I think the truck should have been checked prior to it being contracted out (so that the issue would have been spotted by the U-Haul staff and therefore not contracted out until the headlight was fixed), I did appreciate the gentleman switching me to another truck without a problem and without giving me an attitude or anything - as it wasn't my fault the initial truck was faulty. The 2nd truck worked fine and when I brought the truck back the following day, the manager of the location was the one to close out my contract and he was also very nice, friendly, kind and accommodating. So, it was an overall good experience.


Excellent and courteous from the moment I picked up vehicle until I dropped off keys. The vehicle was easy to drive as well.


Was disappointed that was rushed to sign up the contract without getting to know that the agent applied an 14$ coverage over other expenses! Car wasn't so clean, we were not allowed to leave our car on their parking lot and by surprise we were given a truck that was blocked off by another one so it took me 15 min to get out of there! Would not go there again!


A $100 deposit was to be refunded to our credit card upon completion of the contract--it is now 3 bills later and this still has not occurred--we upheld our part of the deal now you need to uphold yours!


The sales rep (a man) lied) to us when renting the vehicle, When the item was picked up the sales man was rude and lied about payment ( I wanted to go somewhere else but needed the rental on that date) I had to go to a location I was unfamiliar with and was further than I wanted to go. I had such an Bad experience I will never go to this location again. I will go to another time because the personal experience was so bad. The truck was fine the service was bad when it did not have to be, The employees need to be trained to be nice to customers not treat them like garbage. BYE


I really appreciated this quick in and out service and recommendations on which moving truck size to get. We were able to move our whole apartment in one trip!

Rude employees. Picked up a truck with the gas on E.


Van was filthy. Had to put gloves on and Lysol down the entire van. The steering wheel was sticky, radio buttons were layered in dust. AC/Heat vents were filthy. Given covid pandemic I would think a company would be much more cautious in cleaning the vehicles between use.


Great staff! The lady was amazing. However, the scan code to check the truck out and back in after hours wouldn't work.


To have Non Smoking In vehicle Policy other then that Service was wonderful
