the truck was NOT DRIVABLE turning was SUPER loose the brakes worked sometimes I tried taking a right turn and the truck went straight I drive trucks for a living and this was NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I was also charged extra money the back loading door got stuck and 3 yes THREE PEOPLE called roadside assistance and 2 HOURS LATER NO ONE ANSWERED AND GOT HUNG UP ON TWICE! Andy from uhaul REFUSED to give us his supervisors name and was beyond rude!! Ryan was/is a sweetheart n should be promoted for his assistance!! we are waiting 2 days later for Andy to call us back he said ONE HOUR still NO CALL!! I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO UHAUL OR REFERRING UHAUL TO ANYONE!! I HAVE CUTS BRUISES AND BADLY HURT BACK FROM FIXING THE LOADING DOOR MYSELF! We called our lawyer and are disgusted with how we where treated and Andy needs to be reprimanded and if the call was recorded you can see/hear for yourself! DISGUSTED WITH OUR SERVICE AND ANDY BUT RYAN SHOULD OWN UHAUL AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED!! beyond mad and literally in pain from YOUR TRUCK breaking and NO ANSWER NEVER MIND COMING from roadside assistance!
Minority complaint: Truck was kind of old and musty but it served its purpose and got the job done.

I was charged $86 for fuel. I was told $3.50 per gallon. I drove a total of 20 miles. The fuel was not full. I was unable to use the web based acknowledgment tool. There was damage to the vehicle. I will dispute the charges.

Mister Ortis at this location was outstanding ! I thought I had completed my reservation on line for a van rental. To my surprise, it went in as a quote. He made sure I was able to use a van . I appreciate his help and his kindness . He was very professional but didnt make a older woman feel like a fool.
When I was asked if I would Choose the 14 dollar safety coverage , I clearly told him : no . And I said I am a bus driver and I will only use it in local for a mattress moving . So I will be ok . He still added the 14 dollars by his mistake, after that , I asked him to remove it , he tried but could not make it happen, then he said to me : no worries about this charge , I would deduct it when you return the van . ..... hours later , I returned, different guy was there , I mentioned the 14 charge , he said That he knew what was happening about the 14 dollars and the 14 dollars will be remove From the final bill . ..... but , still , I got charged ...... no going to spend 2 hours and drive miles to fight for the 14 dollars but felt bad .
Very easy drop off. Staff was right there as soon as we pulled in took care of the process in minutes.
The rental truck I dropped it off at 1 in the morning a few minutes thereafter not sure put the key to the vehicle after locking and securing it in the Dropbox the location was closed did not deal with any persons

The guys behind the counter were not helpful at all. I had to wait in line for a long time even after checking in ahead of time. The truck was not cleaned, there drivers door wouldn't shut all the way. The right front tire was low on air and there was trash all over the vehicle including french fries on the drives side. Overall I was very displeased with my experience. On top of that I paid for the hand cart and moving mats to be included with my vehicle and of course those were not included as well. I had reserved furniture pads. When I went to pick up the van they said the system showed 96 of them in stock but they had none. They felt that was not their fault. My dinner table got scratched because I didn't have furniture pads.
