The employee that assisted was great the manager not so much. You can have the ubox go to the correct load location or ensure you contact the customer about where to load. I got neither which made this process horrible. You can also ensure the reserved ubox number goes to the right customer. I spent HOURS on the phone with uhaul trying to get everything corrected. It was miserable for what should have been an easy move. I will not recommend uhaul for anything else unless a person has nothing but time to waste.

Uhaul almost does a bait-and-switch with the inexpensive rental, but high rates for mileage. When I rented the truck, I didn't know that the insurance company didn't pay mileage; I found out the 2nd day of the rental, and had to turn it in. It would be a good deal if the vehicle was used around the local area, only.

The service was horrendous. Beyond waiting over 40 minutes with only 2 people in front of me, the actual customer service was deplorable. The name of the employee that handled my contract was tramaine newberry. There are too many terrible parts of the experience to list, but here are the most egregious. Saying f*ck multiple times during the interaction, including in front of my 2 and 6 year old daughters and wife. AND also saying it to his colleague calling him a motherf*cker. Attempting to charge me after I had already completed the pre check in online and my card had been charged. After explaining I had already paid, he said "look man, this is how we do it. Just swipe your card". He insisted on this even after I showed him the charge on my credit card LIVE STATEMENT, for the exact amount that he was attempting to charge me. He argued with me that it was just pending and not really a charge. Another colleague had to come over and correct him. I am beyond dissatisfied with the service I recieved. Disgusted, degraded, disrespected... there aren't enough words to describe the experience.

The staff their is unprofessional, not trained, and a complete nightmare. I rent there only because it is conveniently located and I can usually get the equipment I want. However even with an advance reservation it literally takes me over an hour to get my equipment after they fumble through the contract process. I have to mentally prepare myself before I go to try and not get aggravated but every time it’s the same damn thing,

It takes forever the rent something. U guys need to update your computer systems. I was only renting an appliance dolly. It took 20 min to get everything processed. Terrible. I only rent from U-Haul as a matter of last resort. The staff was very nice though. If you want more business u need to speed up the check out time. I can rent a a 30k at national in 5 min but it takes 20 to rent a 200 dollar dolly from u guys. What the heck. ????

Probably should hire employees who care more about that jobs. As well as have value for their customers. I’ve been to this U-Haul three times once for just boxes, then a pick and last a 15’ truck I would never go back. Waste of my time and a line of angry people each time. Waiting 45 minutes each time I have come here never again.

Truck had a 2wheel hand truck installed with a bag of blankets above it attached to wall even though I had blankets and my own hand truck. I would not rent again unless Uhaul removed those items. They prevent you from fully loading the truck.

Although I had reserved a storage space and had advised as to the content of my 26' truck, there was no storage space large enough upon my arrival. I moved from Dallas to Weymouth - disappointing!
