Background checks needs to be done on all employees and due ?? to the fact one of the employees robbed me blind and over and double charge me. NOT A TRUST WORTHY SITE TO DO RENTALS IN PERSON OR ONLINE.

THE EQUIPMENT IS OLD AND WELL USED AND I WAS SCARED IT WOULD FALL APART. THE STRAPPING FOR THE CAR TRANSPORTER KEPT LOOSENING ON THE TRIP EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VERY TIGHT. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FRIENDLIER AND DO A LITTLE MORE FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

The new manager( I believe JD) was extremely helpful and helped us through the whole process. He took time to show us the different storages and had a great way to do it.

Check the safety chains for wear, one link was worn thru and the threaded chain repair link was left open, no threads caught. I was also greatly over charged for the rental and I was billed for hundreds of dollars of items I didn't buy. The person working there was not able to cancel the extra items even after 3 phone calls and now I'm waiting for a check. The trailer tires and rims on the left had recently been replaced but the right side had rusty rims and dry cracked tires. I informed UHaul of the tire issues thru the website upon return. When I needed an auto transport again 2 days later I was rented the same trailer again with the same wheels and tires. I was assured by the second agency that the tires were safe and last night the RR tire was leaking air as soon as I put weight on the trailer. Then no road service was available so I had to cancel the rental. The trailer was returned with a flat tire

BIG mix up with the truck we had reserved because ours was given to the wrong customer so we had to do 2 trips to our location using a van. Tremaine was a AMAZING, tho, and helped make the best of the situation. He is a keeper!

The mobile app kept crashing on me, and as a result I spend 45 minutes in the cold trying to take/upload pictures and having the app crash on me every time. Eventually I was able to call in the return - but this definitely wasn't a great way to end my experience with UHaul. As a quick note - the issues with the app are in no way the fault of the folks at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Weymouth.

They seem to be short staffed. They could not/would give me my receipt when I returned the equipment. That prevented me from being able to ask questions about the bill. Your bills are confusing

Pickup process in store takes much too long. Not enough counter help. On line pick up a disaster. If there was a competitor nearby, I would use them.

Matthew lee was extremely rude when I got there. I came in said hell and proceeded to check out a truck, the entire time he had his head down playing a game on his cell phone. He finally after 2 minutes decided to look up to assist me after I said hello once again. He also told me when I got back to check the truck in, I had to wait over a half in hour so he can check all the other trucks in first. I advised him that wasn’t customer service friendly, and I’m present now with no one else around in the office he should take care of me while I was in front of him. He wasn’t very pleasant or customer service oriented at all, he just complained how he was the only one working at the site and wasn’t happy. I give this location a thumbs down and will never rent here again it recommend this location at all.

As I mentioned when I dropped off the truck, about three minutes after I left the store, the gas gage broke and went to zero. During the 32 miles I put on the truck the gage started working intermittently twice but never correctly. I put 4.5gallons in the truck to more than cover the 32 miles, have the gas receipt and spoke with attendant about the broken gage. Despite this, the store charged me for 6.5 gallons of gas. This is not right and I should be refunded for the fuel charge. The gage of that truck needs to be fixed so that future clients don't have the same problem.

New management is disorganized and dishonest Place was dirty- there were screws and nails all over the pickup area, trailer was not clean and I did not get the one I reserved. They also tried to bill me for an extra day because I showed up 1/2 hour early for pickup.

The person that helped me at this location was excellent. However, I reserved this online, confirmed and prechecked on line and then picked up at this location. the truck cabin had dirty windows. I had to clean them in order to see properly. Also, I had three separate authorizations placed on my credit card without my consent first three different amounts and I’m very angry about it still. I need another truck rental in two weeks and I will be renting through Enterprise. Your company leaves little to be desired. You must do better if you expect to earn business.

There was some wood left in the back of my 26 footer, and it needed to be swept out. Also, please inform other locations that it IS ok for a customer to pick up a tow dolly with his own vehicle. The mgr mitigated the tow dolly issue...and the other staff were always very helpful and courteous. Overall a great experience...I will be back!

The contract was not properly explained, in regards to the fuel levels. On return of the vehicle I had fueled up to what was was thought was the proper level. And then was charged nearly $60.00, for a difference of a 16th of a tank of gas. Whoever is in charge of checking the gages and charging their customers based off what their eye reads on the gage is incompetent.

Waited 1.5 hours before I was even looking at a storage unit. The unit size that I reserved was not available, so clearly there's a disconnect between actual inventory and the reservation platform.

Matthew was very annoyed with helping me navigate the app for pick up. He could not tell me how to use it , but just kept saying this was the future. Welll....in the future train the staff to make educated transactions with the client. I wanted to do what ever was easier for Mathew, but still seemed annoyed by me offering to do what ever makes more sense for him....he seemed very nice , but maybe not well trained.
