Air conditioning did not work. When spoke with Uhaul employee she said not to worry about it. It was 88-92 degrees during our three day trip from Boston to Pittsburgh. Also the windshield wiper fluid did not work. Unbelievably poorly maintained equipment and poor customer service at this location. Disappointed after having excellent Uhaul experiences in California and Pennsylvania many years ago.

make sure the loading door doesn't stick. it took us great effort to open and close the loading door. upon mentioning it we were told "oh yeah that one sticks" we are both in our late sixties and had a very difficult time making that door open 1/2 way. not a favorable experience

Well, when I originally made the reservation, it was actually for the Hanover location and it was not communicated to me that the stock of the trailer I was renting was only available at the Weymouth location. When I was notified that I was expected at Weymouth and it was actually closing time, one of your employees, Andy Ortiz, went above and beyond his duties and stayed shortly past closing hours to ensure that I acquired my trailer. He hooked it up entirely by himself and provided me with more than enough information that I would need for my trip up to Burlington and if I encountered any trouble I would have the proper contact information to resolve it. He managed to do all of this while his family was patiently waiting for him since he had stayed beyond to help me. Give this man a raise. Give him a promotion. Ensure that your staff understands that this is how customer service is done and that this man has set an example for how to take care of your customers even when things don't go according to plan and may not be your responsibility anymore. But by delivering value and providing an experience to your customers, this will keep me coming back when I am in need and I will definitely recommend to others.

First time, I have reserved for a 10’ truck, then I received confirmation e-mail from you. Fortunately when I came you, my reservation has cancelled, I did’t know why ? Finally your staff helped me make another one and I have to came back again and got the truck on time. The CSR (Tom?) was very helpful. However, I had ordered a car transport when I made my over-the-phone reservation. This was for a 2009 Lincoln MKS. When I came to pick up the truck and transport I was told the car would NOT fit on the tow. This meant I had to find a car hauler THAT DAY to take my car. This was very disappointing AND an additional expense. Why wasn't I told when I made my reservation that the tow wasn't going to work?

Few days before pick up I was told that equipment I needed was not available locally and I need to go to Norwood, while on the phone while customer service there was man in backround curing alot. Day of pick up I went to Norwood and told no it's in Weymouth. So I go to Weymouth to get it and explained it was unfair how i was sent to wrong location 25mins away and asked if there was any compensation for that mess up.on there end, was told no we sent email, which I did not get.. and gentlemen said not our fault u did not get it. So customer service is not the greatest..

The young lady at the counter at the Weymouth Store was very nice, however she called me "hon" and "honey". This is very inappropriate and condescending. She is way too young to call everyone "hon". She needs to be trained how to speak to customers, Thank you

Confirmed my order. 2 hours later changed my pick up location. Went to pick up uhaul and it took 45 minutes to sign out the uhaul because servers went down and no one knows how to do things manually. Use the uhaul and 1 hour before returning it, they changed the drop off location. The icing on the cake though is when you crooks tried to charge me extra for this. "Oh so it looks like you went over your original milage agreed upon in contract" hmmm i wonder why then refused to give me a discount or anything to compensate how horrid of service you guys provided
