The first location I went had no truck I was redirected to This location. I was told I would get 50 dollar reservation guarantee and 20 miles credit but am on phone now weeks later trying to sort it out
Terrible service from U Haul of Quincy as they dud not have the truck that I reserved and made no effort to call me back with any updated information. Therefore I had to go to Weymouth for the truck at the very last minute.
While there was a problem with the locations computers, slowing the experience to a crawl. Management and employees did everything to quickly and calmly handle the situation with gusto.

The employee at Weymouth 3A location that took care of checking me in & out was exceptional! I wish i could recall his name. Great experience. I would recommend to all people i know and would use again if necessary .

Loved this Weymouth site! Worker was very friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a longer line, but it died down after a while.
When I dropped off the truck, the attendant asked me if the gas was replenished and the truck had no mechanical issues - then he told me I could leave and he would send me an email receipt later (he had a line of other check-ins to do). It did not feel right, but I did it because I figured I would use the online check out to document my status. I had trouble with the check out online - the email did not easily go to the link website. I eventually gave up. If online check-in/Check-out is going to be the norm, recommend the process be simplified and improved so the customer is more confident in the system.
Great service friendly
Was only there for a few seconds. Staff was on his phone and barely paid attention when I dropped off the vehicle. Told him I filled the gas back to where it was but don't think he noted it.
Online check-in was lacking direction to locate our truck. Could use improvement.

Although I had checked in online and done everything necessary including payment, I had to physically go into the store which was not pleasany during COVID. I was then asked about taking insurances, etc. which I'd already selected and paid for. In the end I had to sign my name and that was all. Why?
Very confusing trying to find the key - there was one staff person and a line of 5 -6 people. It took me almost an hour to find the truck - the sits changed the number on my truck as I couldnâ€™t find the first truck - then I was to Find the key based on a picture of a propane tank ? No words like go to propane tank area and ring bell

How do you improve on perfection
It went very well. I had reserved and checked in on line the day before so there was nothing to do when I arrived except to sign the contract and get the trailer hitched up. Couldn't have been better.
