The price went up more than double what was on the sign..And they don't want you to say anything bad about your experience, but the price matters.. the process is simple you just pick the unit size you want and pay the money, I rated The experience average three stars because if you've ever used U-Haul before you will understand.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was completely satisfied with the service I received from u haul. Thank you
Gloria P | Experiencia generalAll my belongings had rat poop and even rats in building and found a few around unit while there, caught one. Boxes and bags torn open. Couch ruined. Clothes ruined. Hats eaten. Baskets and bags eaten. Worst experience.
KAITLIN M | Experiencia generalThe only thing I recommend is a better elevator system. Going up was convenient, but to go down, the office had to be contacted to send the elevator for me to go down.
Denise C | Experiencia generalEverything was clean thankyou. From Mr. Lee
Kennedy M | Primeras impresionesThe promotion that sold me on the storage was the free 1 month with the use of a 1-way truck
CHARLES S | Primeras impresionesCynthia and her team are amazing, professional, and a pleasure to work with!
LINDA C | Experiencia generalThank you for the great service from the staff
Mercy K | Experiencia generalStaff and management were excellent. Will return for all my uhaul needs.
SCOTT C | Experiencia generalI liked the service I received, however getting serviced took a while.
NAAJIDAH H | Experiencia generalThey staff are not helpful and unreliable I called and provided the move out date and yet the date is incorrect and began getting late notices. The drivers running stop signs totally unprofessional.
Courtney R | Experiencia generalMs.Cynthia, and the other young lady that has the dreaded short hairstyle. We’re very professional, proficient and fast. They new there job and it showed. I do however which I would have got 10 by 10. Instead of two 5 by 5 up high wall lockers. But the customer service was superb.
Angela J | Experiencia general
