Customer service was great.... Had a blown fuse on my drive vehicle... service rep (Timon)spent several minutes tracing the issue and fixed. He also swapped out a hitch pin for a more secure one... above and beyond thanks

Customer service is excellent . But the car need maintenance . It is not comfort to drive . Very noisy .

This location is very confusing to navigate. The check-in desk is nowhere near where the trucks are picked up, and it can be hard to find a staff member. The truck had a poorly functioning driver's door, though the truck had less than 10000 miles.

Please keep the employee who is monitoring equipment return aware of what is happening in the yard, and not napping in the front of a van.

The place where I got my truck was great, but the fact that my reservation changed drastically hours before I was scheduled to pick up the truck was highly inappropriate. Three customer service reps I spoke to about this were rude and really showed no concern for how the last minute changes impacted my move. I will likely never use Uhaul again.

Having both my pick up and drop off locations changed was really inconvenient and added at least 2 hours to my planned move. Customers who have to have their locations changed should receive a benefit or discount. I also had my pick up location changed for the truck but the boxes I ordered were not changed to it was proposed that I drive from one Uhaul place to the other to get my boxes. If Uhaul changes the location of the rental they should change everything.

Have clean cars, the lock was jammed I had to roam DC for an hour after 10pm to find a lock. Inside light don’t work.

I just completed the return of the trailer I rented from uhaul. The experience was not pleasant at all. First, the location in Montgomery where we picked it up told us that we could turn it in anywhere. For that reason we found a location that was closer to our destination went there to drop off and was told that we could not drop it. They said that since a drop location was listed we had to drop at the drop location. This misinformation lead to an extra 2.5 hours of frustration trying to fund the other location and get the trailer turned in. Second, once we got to the drop off location listed on the paperwork, it was not clear where to drop. I went in and asked the lady, and she said the second left. My father was driving the truck and already at the first left. There was no sign or anything indicating that there was no turn around on that street so we drove all the way to the top and discovered there was no turn around. Which meant the only way out was to back down a narrow road with a trailer. Fortunately, my father was skilled enough to do that but otherwise that would have been an impossibility. They should place a sign there that says no turn around or equipment return do not enter . After backing out very carefully, one worker said if the guys saw us they could have let us in the back instead of him having to back out. °Once we got to the correct side the guys were standing around smoking. Only one person decided to help. We then had to go back to the first location to get myp vehicle which we had to leave behind because we had already taken it off the transporter. This caused additional time to pass. If only the people in Montgomery had been honest that we had to take it to the place listed and not said take it anywhere, that would have be good, and if the people at the location had better signs to show where to drop off, that would have been useful. I am grateful that my car was transported safely, but the customer service part was not stellar. Dawn Oliver 407-963-0590
