Employee did not want to do a walk around of the truck. I had to track someone down to show damage that was not marked, and they only marked a couple of the spots I showed them, then they walked away before I was done.

I dropped the van off after hours. Location is in an isolated, scary part of town. Drop off box not well secured. Can easily remove keys from box.

I paid for a rental of furniture pads. They said they were in the back of the truck. When I got home to start loading up my stuff, there were no furniture pads. I ended up getting double charged because I didn't have the pads when I returned the truck.

The drop off system creates too much work for the customer. I don't want to stand outside in Harlem at 11pm taking pictures with my phone. The key box is also difficult to find.

Really really frustrated that we had to go to 3 different places to get a truck. Ultimately traveling over 120 minutes extra to get a vehicle. The previous person did not return theirs at our time requested. I provided my cell and email contact information, why wasn't a call placed to me say go to the different spot? Why did I have a guarantee from uhaul? Frustrated.

I never received the dolly or furniture pads that I paid for and then was subsequently charged a damage/missing fee totaling $135.95. The location called me asking for the missing items, at which point I told them they were never provided and wished to contest the charge. I was told a manager would call me back to discuss the issue but was never called and was then charged a day later.

I would like to see the interior wipe down ( Lysol steering wheel , seats) in all vehicles before being rented out.

The gate was locked when I arrived, and there was no attendant around. There was a tire air pump on and running laying on the sidewalk, presumably meaning someone was nearby, but they never surfaced. There was one customer in front of me at the locked gate dealing with the same issue. Somehow, she was able to get the gate opened, after being on hold with 1800gouhaul. After I parked the truck inside, it was not easy or obvious to get out back out of the locked gate. Luckily, there were other customers around. I would not have wanted to be locked in there by myself at nighttime. Again, disappointed with my experience.

The manager was the one who helped me. I am sorry to say I can't remember his name, even though he gave it to me. It's started with an O. He was great, fast and efficient. The drop off manager was a great guy also. Flawless execution by your team.

Trailer brakelight was not available for purchase. It throws off the whole day. UHaul should either have a stocked store or they should tell the renter they are missing helpful gear. Also, I want the fifteen footer this Friday at 0900 NOT at noon, three hours later. I am not on island time. And we are in a city. Time to pick up the pace.
