I do not appreciate your predatory insurance policy, where the cost of the damage of a small dent is less than the deductible for the insurance. I paid $50 for insurance, and returned the truck with a small dent (it isn't clear what hit the truck). The damage cost for a small dent is $95 but I paid $150 ($200 including the initial for the insurance). In what world does getting the insurance make the cost of an accident more and not less. It's supposed to "cover" you for damages.KAELA B.

Upon dropping off the vehicle the staff insisted I damaged the vehicle despite my having "disputed" the conditions upon pickup using the link sent to my cell phone. I asked where the photos I uploaded were located and was not given an answer. Luckily I also had other photos that were time stamped at the day and hour I picked up the vehicle. Even then, I was told it didn't match my contract (it did). This took nearly half an hour to resolve and ultimately it was determined the damage was pre-existing.Gary R.

Really poor customer service all around but, particularly, where they give you the trucks. I arrived at the end of the day. the people were clearly on their way out and with no patience to talk to a client. I asked a simple question about the operation of the truck and they couldn't answer it. The truck was quite dirty. In a pandemic you should make sure that the trucks are cleaned before renting them out.Francisco E.

Well, I don't have any complaints to this particular location, but overall my recent experience with Uhaul was horrible. I booked equipment at one location, a few days later I got a call from Uhaul representative and was told that they transfer my reservation to another location, which was not far away so I was okay. At the day of pick up, when I arrived to this new location I found out that equipment that I booked is not available, because they don't have it(some other dude did not return it yet, which os not my problem). So I wasted a few hours of my time and finally was able to pick my equipment at another location. I think I've read multiple times on Uhaul website: â€œit's guaranteed or you will get $50â€. Yeah, sure, no equipment on time and no $50 for that - that's what I've got.Iurii M.
I was rushed out of the van when returning it and the employees were smoking and entered the car before I got out. I returned it early, so this was unnecessary and rude. The employee during check-in was very professional, so that was a good experience.JESSE B.
