Staff was very professional and friendly. A great experience.

Keep the staff as friendly and helpful. My last experience was great - from the woman who checked me in to the guys that received the vehicle back when I checked it in. Great staff. I’m coming back.

The clerk who check me in was not very friendly, at all. I am always mystified that people who interact with the public are not only not friendly, but seemed annoyed to even exchange basic niceties. It makes no sense

No signage for where to pick trucks up. Not a good location for Truck Share

I hate uhaul. This company has all the tools I need for a move and once the move is over, I generally have to spend the same amount of time as I did or more fixing the issues that came up during the move or processing my order. Get your online systems updated. U-Haul post-job work is its own special layer of administrative hell.

great costume service

I rent from here all the time. They do a great job. First time using the app was a good experience as well.

There was some body damage to the truck, but it did not effect the use...They did give us the wrong gas gauge reading, but we photographed the gauge before leaving the lot...Filled up to the correct level, before returning to the truck...

The customer service at this DC location was amazing! They are truly about taking care of everyone who walks through those doors.

Desk person very friendly and very helpful.

Everyone I dealt with was great. I came to dc to move my daughter to a new apartment only to find out she couldn’t move in that day. We were in a pitch and UHaul came through. Was able to rent a cargo van and get a storage unit and get it all done the same day. Will be back next week to rent and get her moved. Thank you so much to everyone.

Thank you for al your support

Unable to do self/mobile pickup because I arrived slightly after reservation time. This happened after my original pickup location was changed as well from the original booking. Rental had low tire pressure as soon as I turned it on.

Parking in the alley can be awkward/scary but it works so keep doing whatever you need!

Not a friendly location for an after-hours return.

It would be great if there were more staff to support the customers.

This location applied a $30 gas credit to my purchase, due to the fact they vehicle was received on empty. They have not followed through with this voucher. So I then had to go pay on top of the vehicle rental that was given to me on empty for gas.

Poor customer service. Different information provided from other location in dc (Bladensburg Rd location is really great and the assistant GM Christopher was a pleasure to work with)

Truck reserved versus truck received were vastly different. Truck received was very with high mileage. Should be taken out of rotation and retired.
