The staff was always so very helpful and accommodating. Always pleasant to talk with during ph conversations even when they were very busy. Never rushed ans Always made sure questions were answered. I have recommended this storage facility to many people.

PATRICIA C | First ImpressionsI moved out on the 11th of last month it was due on the 11th I'm getting notices in late charges and fees saying I still have storage for this month and when I just called up there I was told that I have that I wasn't able to move out with the mobile app but yet that's what I did and they don't have any record of me being in there but I'm still getting late notices and charges and the person working there he is rude and disrespectful
