The staff was very helpful! Facility was clean and secure! Would definitely use U-Haul again.

PATRICIA C | First ImpressionsI moved out on the 11th of last month it was due on the 11th I'm getting notices in late charges and fees saying I still have storage for this month and when I just called up there I was told that I have that I wasn't able to move out with the mobile app but yet that's what I did and they don't have any record of me being in there but I'm still getting late notices and charges and the person working there he is rude and disrespectful

Sidonie W | First ImpressionsRoof leaked twice into my unit. Manager was rude and argumentative. Insurance company was unreasonable. I was never reimbursed for the damage to my items - they wanted me to surrender everything that was damaged while paying me pennies on the dollar for my furniture. I ended up spending money to get items repaired. Other staff were very helpful and professional. Beware of this facility Tallmadge, Ohio - it is not in good repair. I would be surprised if this review shows up anywhere!
