The only reason it is not excellent is I had reserved a larger unit months in advance..when it came time to check in there were no large units left. Staff member did give two smaller units but still feel reserving a unit should secure one.

It took me 2 unreturned calls to their manager hector, 1 additional call to anyone on staff, and 2 visits to finally get setup with a storage unit. Consider making this process a bit more seamless for the customer. If there was a better local option, I would have not purchased from Uhaul.

Instead, i was referred out to a collections consultant who didn't have a U-Haul email address and then abruptly left the job leaving me without anyone to work with. Totally unacceptable.
