Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHeartless people , I was willing to pay my storage even though I just loss my son , I wanted to save one but they wanted me to pay both , when I paid on two different date I didn’t rent them at the same time, n being there for a while even worst heartless god bless I’ll be alright
Iris m | Experiencia generalOverall my experience was pretty poor. The facility was old and rundown. I was glad that I had no valuables and that I only needed the place for a few days. The staff did help me when I approached them but no very communicative or pro-active. I had checked in online but access via keypad was unclear and had to be explained to me. Regardless of that though a loading dock was open so I was actually able to just walk in to the storage unit, without actually realizing (I was just looking for the office). The actual unit was very old and resembled a cupboard more than a storage unit. The rat trap was nice touch to finish it off!
Bradley C | Experiencia generalhad reserved a larger unit which was inexplicably unavailable although I had personally stpped in day before and confirmed. wound up with smaller the had tp rent additional and insufficient space. All without explanation. LAST TIME USING UHAUL DESPITE MANY PREVIOUS MOVES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
