Convenient, clean, well lit and well-maintained. The storage locker itself was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. All kinds of moving/packing supplies are available.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHighly recommend— Second year I’ve rented a storage locker to keep student’s apartment stuff between move-out and move-in days. Staff friendly and helpful, access is easy, they have moving supplies (boxes and tape and bubble wrap) and place is clean and I’ve always found parking close.

Yeon J | Experiencia generalI'm not moving soon but I got a very good experience while I was able to speak to customer service staff. They were attentive and provide all the information needed at the time.
Laura L | Primeras impresionesI’m speaking to HR that’s all I gotta to yall.
Jordyn E | Experiencia generalThe worst on-site customer service I've ever experienced. We'd reserved ahead of time, had the code and the unit, and still couldn't get any help directing our movers, and had to pay $200 just to wait in the parking lot. Despicable.
Alisa J | Mudanza en líneaReserved a unit 2 months in advance and then they didn’t have it when I showed up. What’s the point of taking reservations if they do nothing?
Eva S | Primeras impresionesThe staff was super friendly and helpful!
Nikiya J | Experiencia generalFelt like my belongings were safe and secure! I also felt great about being able to access my unit whenever I needed, and staff was always friendly. Had some dirt build up in the unit, which got a few of my items a little bit dirty. Not sure how that happened or how it could be prevented. Perhaps just a more thorough clean between renters? But overall I had a great experience and had peace of mind that my belongings were secure and well protected and for the most part quite clean.
Madison R | Experiencia generalThe ramp is a slightly intimidating reverse and I wouldn't like to get boxed in by another vehicle.
IAN K | Experiencia generalIvan was very helpful in finding me a unit that suited my needs very quickly. I was in a time crunch and he was very kind and efficient.
Bonnie C | Primeras impresionesGreat place, convenient, excellent staff .....
Sergey K | Experiencia generalThe best part of this location is the area itself. Being in Central Square is truly unbeatable, and that’s a big reason why my rating is as high as it is. In terms of my experience, the staff wasn’t always very friendly at the front desk. The only person who was consistently kind was the guy who ended up breaking my lock on my last day. He was truly the best - friendly, kind, upbeat and deserves a raise! The space felt quite small for the price, especially compared to my unit in Denver which is much cheaper and almost double the size. I also really wish there were the same conveniences I’m used to in Denver. For example, having the option to keep a spare key would have helped a lot because I did end up misplacing mine. The limited hours were also tough since there were times I needed to get in an hour before or after closing, which I can easily do at my Denver location. Another thing I noticed, which made me feel uneasy, is that it seemed like some people were living out of their units. There was even a moment when someone was brushing their teeth inside. I don't wish that this stops being a service for them, but do think it needs to be monitored. And as a small, petite woman, it was inconvenient to have to find the stairs and move them to reach my upper unit. I wish there had been an option to select a bottom unit. Overall, it worked fine for short-term storage, but there were several things that made the experience less convenient and comfortable than what I’m used to elsewhere.
Monica F | Experiencia generalOver 20 years. Always great service & clean
STONE A | Experiencia generalOverall it was a good experience. Only drawbacks were the cost & the fact that you charge to use the dumpster.
