The location is good, but the corporate office that I called was not. I called to change a truck reservation to pick up a little later and got connected to corporate. They assured me that they changed my reservation and that they would notify the branch, but the next day (day of rental) the branch called me and said I was late picking up the truck. They said they never got any message from corporate about a changed reservation, and there were no notes in my file.

They fucking cancelled my extremely time sensitive UBox reservation with no notice, no email, and no phone call. I had 2 days to get it loaded so I could be on my way moving to California, and instead I had to spend most of Tuesday 9/17 getting the problem resolved before I could even load the god damn box. Not to mention they straight up lied to my face and told me my reservation got moved to the Somerville location, when it in fact, did not. Fuck the Central Square Uhaul, if I could sue them I would.

Inspect the vehicle! Make sure the mileage and gas levels match the paperwork. I should not be finding multiple new unidentified dents and scratches that I have to contest. It took me over half an hour to inspect the truck and leave.

Lot was full, so I parked across the street in a legal overnight spot. I had 20 miles left on my allowance, and I would have preferred to use those the next day to buy furniture, but there was no place to park it overnight. Would have been nice to park in this lot for free as a benefit of using U-haul.

When I rented my locker I was told that I had access 5am to 10pm. I rented a car to bring my things that night at 8pm and found I had no access. Furthermore, I was refused 24-hour access $10/month.

I asked for 2 Utility dolly and I got 1 and 1 bag with bags inside. Now I got charge for 3 dolly!!... I also rent the car for 24 ours, after we returned the car I got charger for overnight extra hours!!... The normal charge amount supposed to be 81 dollars, in total, subtracting the the extra dolly that you didn't give me, it will be in total 74 dollars. But I got charge 251 dollars!!!... Incredible! so bad service... I've been waiting for a week and a half that you give me my money back and it is still in process.

The place is perfectly average. Some stuff was annoying -placement of locker. Everyone seemed to be bored or in a rush and no one seems particularly helpful except this one guy with long curly hair.

The storage space had a big column through it and was a lot smaller than advertised. When tried to speak with the staff we were told that they were closed for the day and had to come back later.

I needed stairs or a ladder to access my unit. The stairs were hard to move and two of them were completely broken. The garage door was also never closed, anyone could enter.

Staff was rude. I was made to buy a very particular type of lock. I was made to rent for the entire month. I was not able to open my online uhaul account.

Staff is extremely helpful and provided a good customer experience. But elevator was not operational--hauling heavy items down the ramp on a dolly felt unsafe. The rolling ladders also need fixing.

1. I moved out from my storage unit on September 2, but they charged me for the whole month instead of prorating. 2. Homeless people have some storage units and they can be seen opening garbage bags.

I was given a storage unit above the ground level. As a small girl, it is dangerous for me to attempt to put my heavy boxes into a storage unit that requires a set of stairs. No one helped me.
