The staff at this location were extremely helpful in a crisis situation. They handled my van and storage rentals quickly and without a single hitch. Moving out of a dorm for the summer is already stressful, and moving out with two days' notice infinitely more so--but the team here made it as smooth an experience as possible.

My first truck died and wouldn't start. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a ridiculous reason. My blankets were folded correctly? That is not true. I'm never recommending uhaul!

If we are going to be expected to use our phone to do everything, this should come with a warning. The guys there were rude and it seemed like a bother when I asked for help. They also were not clear on instructions on how to return the truck and they forgot to load the dolly I requested.

I am a college student that was being kicked out of my living space and forced to move all of my stuff to storage, I am not financially stable and on top of it all I had to pay almost $100 for this truck! U-Haul should have provided free or highly discounted trucks for college students that needed to relocate their things.

Have more than two ladders since half of the storage units are on the upper level. One of the ladders with wheels was really heavy and hard to move. It would barely move even when you pressed down on the lever with your foot.

Very helpful and informative on the first time I called, then the second when the website gave me problems, then on the third when I had to change my online reservation person! This was a crazy busy day for them with the college (virus) shutdowns and frazzled students and parents, but you wouldn't know it from their kind demeanor! And I talked to two different women, both wonderful! A heartfelt thank you for your info, empathy and professionalism! And I wish I had their names (this was on 3/10/20 if that helps you figure out who helped me.) ! I will recommend your location to anyone!

Very helpful. I rented crates and purchased boxes for a move. The team was great about advising on materials and helping me get all into my vehicle. Maybe more push/advice on the rental crates - good for the environment!

The location itself is very good, but the online system.to return the truck is not. I have rented from that location three times this month, and returned the truck after hours each time, using the online system. I have yet to have a single experience where the web pages do not crash at least once or twice, requiring me to start over from the beginning each time. This happens in multiple browsers on my phone. It usually crashes when uploading photos, but not always.

Gas was not half way when I got it. And the return process on off hours was a hassle. Used to be easier than that. Website wasn’t registering my location even though my phone was fine with location services on. And you have to make a whole account.

Mileage was wrong. Front had scuff marks but this was not mentioned and the return had an extra $20 on it for no apparent reason (except a "verification" that cannot be executed in a reasonable manner). Total rip-off and so, I can only give me most honest review.

The cleanliness or orderliness of the store impressed me. I have been in other UHAULS and this was NOT the case. Staff was incredibly nice. Authentically so, not fake smiles and cloying. I will use this location again and highly recommend it. Your 10ft trucks should come with ramps---I'm very disappointed that I could not get one. Please change this. I move large orchestral instruments I needed the ramps!! Thank you

The location is supposed to open at 7am. I showed up at 7:30 and it was closed until 8:05 because the employee chose not to arrive to work until then. He did not apologize for opening the location over an hour late. Unprofessional to the nth degree.

This truck was definitely showing its age. It was fine for the short trip we did but would not be great for a long trip. Wipers need replacing. Easy pickup and drop off. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Phone based return should not exist. The company needs to check their equipment anyway, so why do we have to upload photos of everything? What if someone couldn’t because their phone is older or camera is broken? Should also allow uploading photos from photo library if you continue with this return method.

When I rented my locker I was told that I had access 5am to 10pm. I rented a car to bring my things that night at 8pm and found I had no access. Furthermore, I was refused 24-hour access $10/month.
