I wish the guy who owns/runs this location would have been even a tiny bit friendly. I don't like to feel like someone hates that I'm there. A hello or, thank you or some semblance of friendliness would have made the experience much more pleasant. Truck was clean, easy place to pick up. If I had any other option i'd use another location or company.

I was charged extra $34 after returning. Prepared for 10 miles and drove 13miles in reality. Gas was filled to what it was before. Called customer service they can only refund $19. So the extra 3miles cost $15!!

After speaking with an unnamed employee the day before my rental date about an ARRANGED same priced 15' truck (as I originally requested a 10' but they only had a 15' -the employee on the phone said they wouldn't charge me extra for the 15' , I walked into an office where NO ONE knew of my truck's whereabouts (which delayed our move about a half-hour) and then advised me the cost due was $15 more than my quoted price ($115). I will not be using this service again unless there is someone that can make this right

I sent another person from our company to pick up the van for my reservation with the understanding that the card used to reserve the van would be used. While the person at the front desk had a van available for us, he said he knew nothing of the reservation or of the card used to make it, forcing my coworker to put his card down to pay for the van. A bit disorganized.

I believe the person whom I spoke with African-American was the manager. Told me I could not drop off the vehicle there even though that was my destination. For the drop off after a few minutes I could see she was not going to be accommodating.left the keys there and promptly walked out

The mileage at the start was off by 4 miles. The sheet said the car had 9535 miles but the odometer said 9539. Because of this, we were unfairly charged for 4 miles we didn't use. I noticed the gas tank wasn't half full at the beginning of the trip and went back in and said something to the attendant. I didn't notice anything about the odometer until we had already left. I took a photo of the gas tank to show the attendant that the tank wasn't half full and that photo also shows the tank was at 9539 when we started our trip.

The staff acted like I should know what I'm doing both in terms of where to put my truck and what things to be aware of or consider. This was my first time dropping off a uhaul truck and using a uhual storage location so its absurd to think I have any clue what I should be doing. The staff should understand that their customers probably don't know anything; don't be condescending when I have questions or don't understand what you're explaining, I don't deal with this on a daily basis (or even ever before in my life!). Also, the storage lockers are located up a very narrow ramp and the truck needs to be backed in in order to unload it on flat ground - this is very tricky and luckily I had an employee do it for me (appreciate that!) but what if I want to use to the facility when the location is closed? I would be very uneasy backing a truck up the ramp. I'm not sure why the office location (and supplies, boxes, etc.).

This is the 2nd time I have used this U-Haul location and was impressed both times with the ease of the entire process from online reservations to adjusting my pickup time and everything in between. I wasn't sure if I would need the van for 2 or 3 days and upon pickup I realized I actually may have only needed it for the one day but wasn't positive. The representative did not pressure me to into picking a specific time frame either which made it easier as well. As it turned out I wasn't able to get it back by the end of the day. I called to let them know and all was good. So, that being said....if I have to pick something that could use some improvement it would be the young girls attitude when she called me Sunday morning about the return. I told her that I ended up needing it to run to the store and would return it in a couple hours. She then said to me in a rather short tone "Well. We close at 5". I told her I knew that and would definitely have it back by then. Her response was "Well. I need to note a time in the computer". So I said " Ok, then I would say sometime between 3 and 5". She then got very short with me and said "No, I need a specific time to put into the computer". So I said "Fine. Put 5 o'clock and then the entire day is covered, right". She obviously did not have to handle the call that way. I had initially reserved the van from Sept 30 - Oct 2 so if I chose to keep it another day it was my prerogative. Her pushing me for a specific time was absolutely uncalled for. She could have very easily offered to enter the time on her computer as 5 without having to hold me down for a specific time. When I did return the truck a couple hours later, the gentleman that greeted me and advised me what to do was very nice and made the check in quick and easy.

Yesterday I had a terrible experience with Uhaul services. I made a reservation to pick up a truck at 9:00 am, and I have hired help services using Uhaul website. The store was very crowded, only one attendant and the battery of a truck died blocking mine. So I went out of the store only at 10:15 am, loosing around 45 minutes of hired help services. When returning the truck, the store was already closed, and the parking lot was full, so there was no place to leave the truck. I lost 30 minutes waiting for a car to left a spot on the street so I could drop off the truck.

I made a reservation to pick up the rental at 10:00 am and completed the "Express Online Check-In" which promised to reduce my check-in time. I arrived a little before 10 and was told to wait in line to check in at the counter. One employee was serving the long line of customers (including going back and forth to the garage to get the keys). She spent 15+ minutes explaining charges on someone's overdue bill before calling in another employee to help those of us waiting for pick up. I did not get the keys until 10:40. Express online check-in is a joke and the staff were unable to keep the line moving efficiently. I thought I had taken all the necessary steps to make the rental process go smoothly, but instead this was a terrible experience which added an additional layer of stress and frustration to my move. Very disappointing.

There was some confusion when returning the van. The sign said stay with the vehicle, but we were waiting for a while before someone showed up wondering why we were still in the vehicle. They need to give clear and consistent instructions.
