I have had many issues with inconsistent billing for things like fuel level, milage usages and receiving final receipts. This most recent rental there was never a receipt emailed to me that differed from the estimate. I drove only 18 miles and they still charged me for the 20 mile estimate. on multiple occasions i have been marked up on small amounts like extra miles and fuel charges. This has only happened to me when I drop the vehicle off and if i don't wait to make sure that they read the gas and mile readings in front of me and confirm the totals. My receipt for the last uhaul rental has still not been emailed to me or updated. I had another issue a few months ago when I was charged $430 for a hitch and installation that they were not able to instal on my car. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the hitch and installation that I ordered on line ended up spending an hour on the phone with uhaul in order to get the charge refunded to my card.

Guys inside didn't tell me where to find my truck. When I went back inside, they gave me a general idea (in the pouring rain). When I went back in a third time because I couldn't find my truck (they said the number's on the truck, not WHERE it was on the truck -- hard to find in a downpour) I had to drag one of them out with me.

This rental was good, except the Gas Gauge going out was incorrect compared to what was last used.. The vehicle claimed to be Half Full, but the actual reading was about a 1/4 less. Local rental Mileage per mile should be less than $1.09. Thats really expensive. Does U-Haul offer Corporate/Small Business discounts on rental charges?

I was late on both ends of my rental, and they were understanding, informative, and a complete pleasure to work with during what is always a stressful time: moving across town. Thank you for asking. When I called later in the day to ask a question about the return location for the trailer, the employee was unknowledgable and rude. He was unable to tell me how to process the return if the location was closed. In fact, no one eve mentioned to me that the location would not be open and I should go through the self-checkout process. It would have been nice to get these details beforehand.

I had a horrible experience using the self-check option because my rental was not ready. I took an Uber from the airport and as I followed the directions to retrieve the rental, I get a message that I needed to call a 24/7 number for support. I called said number for 90 minutes and no1 answered. I would only suggest this location because it the only option in Cambridge but my experience was trash

They forigt to leave the keys out for before hour pick up and customer service told us "too bad" and so we had to wait around for an hour in a half, be late to our event and then be told "oh" well no discount when the store finally opened 0/10 terrible service. Will be looking for other uhaul unless something is done

Main issue I had was that I got different information from phone reps and the staff in the location. Was told foreign drivers licence was fine on the phone, so long as its in English. When I got there I was told I needed a passport also, the staff was totally indifferent to what I had been told on the phone, basically didn't care at all. After taking a half day off work I had to waste about 2 hours going to Get my passport and return. Also I was told on the phone it was absolutely not possible to return the truck after hours, I asked if there was any way at all.. answer was no... but then onsite I was told I could return after hours, no problem, so long as I had the app.. very frustrating!!

This location has a big problem. There is an employee who is incompetent and rude. She mishandled my reservation. She accused me of being late for my appointment when I was actually early for it. When determining a dropoff location, the program was not identifying the location of my home address accurately and she was unwilling to find the location which I had asked for in my reservation. This employee should be fired. I will never use this location as long as this person remains an employee there. I expect to be contacted so that I can share the name of this employee. If I am not contacted, I will never use Uhaul again.

I rented a vehicle for pick up at 8:30 AM with ample time for the location to assign me a vehicle for pick up (>3 days in advance). I was aware I'd need to do mobile pick up since the site doesn't open until 9 am, but when I showed up around 8:30 expecting to be able to pick up my truck, I got a message the site hadn't assigned me one. I had to stand around until after 9 am waiting for the office to open, and wasted more than a half hour of my moving time.

Sweep the Cargo Area. I asked the female who was working in the garage if she could sweep the back. She took too long to start because she was on her Cell Phone. So said, 'your taking too long, I'll do it'. So she gave me the the Broom and I did it myself.

Was overcharged and still have not gotten a return call or email after 4 attempts. Overcharged by a whole day, when I returned the van during business hours on the same day! It has now been almost one month- still no response from U-Haul. This location does NOT have good service!
