I was charged $320 for damage to the vehicle that I did not happen while I had the vehicle. I tried to talk with the manager to review the damage and discuss and have not heard back for a week.

Service team was fine but I am very unhappy with the process. Half of the crates I reserved were not available so I had to make twice as many trips. And even though I reserved a furniture dolly, nothing was available that day - not furniture or utility dolly. I would not have been able to actually move - and was going to cancel my reservation on the spot - except the staff found an appliance dolly that I could use. The location is convenient but I would not use it again since they can not guarantee my items will actually be available. If I had been doing a longer move, my plans would have been ruined.

I ordered a dolly to help me move furniture but unfortunately they did not have one of the desired type on hand. They did give me another type (flat portion with four wheels, no vertical component), but it was not as helpful.

The young lady who dealt with my reservation was disrespectful. I honestly felt like i was at the dmv with the awful instructions she attempted to give me. After she failed to be clear, she called me silly. I stopped by to pick up the truck after 11am so whoever was at the desk then needs to be retrained in dealing with customers. I would give a lower score but the two young ladies who recieved my truck were very nice. The truck was returned by 4pm

The truck didn’t seem to have been clean. There were ashes in the ash tray and it smelled. During the Corona virus I would have expected the truck to be sanitized. Could have been better.

Best uhaul location

Staff did not clearly explain what to do when leaving rental counter to get truck. Spoke rapidly and left out details- - gave a code to take lock off. Did not explain the lock was on back gate of truck. Did not explain to return lock to counter. Did not explain need to use cell phone to complete your own check in. It wasn’t until I finally figured out what I needed to do (required 3 trips to counter ) finally manager chose to come outside to see if I needed any help.

The location was functional, but the associate helping me was weak. He didn't want to make any effort to help make things easy. The commercial padlock on the truck wouldn't open so I went back inside and asked him to help me open it. He said you just line it up and it opens. After I tried for 5 more minutes in the pouring rain and couldn't get it to work, I went back in amd asked him again, and he finally came out and helped me. Why not just help me the first time I asked?
