I did return the truck this location (09-19-2018 at 9:43 am) they didn’t update the information. Uhaul change from me extra amounts of money that is not expect able. I hope in future they will follow the rules &not to be lazy. Very poor customer services.

I reserved a truck and a car-tow. When I arrived they told me I would have to go to another location for the car-tow. They said they couldn't have it delivered. VERY inconvenient.

I had a strange customer service experience at this uhaul location. I intended to contact management beyond just the Cambridge branch to lunch a formal complaint. There's a gentleman who basically refused me and my friend service on the basis that we were "rushing" him. He told me he was going to delay me in order to teach me a lesson. He was brazen. I was shocked. And, he did. I spent 1.3 hours there on Saturday, 9/15 around 6pm. His colleagues didn't seem to care either. He was quite deliberate. Eventually, he transferred me over to his friend. He quickly gave me the manager's information for me to reach and complain, saying, "do as you please." The level of impunity suggests to me that Manager, Christopher Francisco, does not hold his staff accountable. I intend to go beyond Christopher.

I was overcharged for the CDW, and then overcharged for the rental. $19 a Day grew to $40! How do you justify this? I do not recommend this company.?

I was over charged and it took close to two weeks to resolve this issue. Today it was finally supposedly resolved but I still have not seen my refund. Until I see my refund appear back on the card I will have some peace.

Everything was great, except your rep tried to book me a 400 dollar fee and when I almost hung up on him he gave me some bullshit and all the sudden it was 50 bucks. Terrible business ethics

I was given a truck with a quarter tank of gas and told to bring it back with a quarter tank. I'm not sure how I was supposed to measure that I filled up the truck precisely to a quarter tank. I was also charged twice for my reservation and a third charge popped up for $191 for damage! The truck was undamaged and when I confronted the manager about it he told me I was lying and it wasn't until I asked him for evidence of damage to the truck that he "went and looked" at the truck and said there was no damage. Instead of refunding me the charges he charged me again! I had to call the corporate customer service to get it straightened out. All for a 2 hour $35 rental. I would never recommend anyone use Uhaul after that experience. Stick with Penske.

Dropped off truck at Cambridge,Ma. U-Haul and when driving home realized I had left my Ezee pass transponder in the truck. Called the office at U-Haul notifying them about this and they told us they would check and get right back to us. 24 hours later still no response. Not very helpful. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not pleased.

No spots available. Drove around Boston at midnight after driving 18 hours due to tank being 1/4 full. Put in 5 gallons to get the tank just over 3/8. You still charged me saying the tank was 1/4 full when returned.

Okay so these guys were awesome. Locked the keys in my uhaul at the place and they went out if their way to get it unlocked which they didn't have to. I will be recommending this particulsr uhaul for years to come. Big shout out to Chris, wanda, and Alex. Everyone there was a huge help but those three are the only names that I can remember.

Shawanda was very hostile, and did not accomodate our request. The Manager was helpful. No apologies for rude conduct. Staff need to understand that they are providing a service; which the customer is PAYING for.

Stop changing the location for where I have to pick up a rental. It was changed 2 times and I had to keep asking friends to help me out to get me there. This happened with another UHaul rental a few weeks back. I will not use you again. You may be cheaper, but time and inconvenience is also costing me money.
