Approx 12:30pm I returned the truck I rented, took the keys inside and handed them to an associate. He asked me if I replaced the gas that was used, I told him the gas was full, he told me I was all set and would receive and email shortly. About an hour and half after returning my truck I received a call from Uhaul accusing me of not returning my equipment. I explained the truck was returned over an hour ago. I was informed the truck was not on the lots and we need tk return it. After telling the associate several times that the rented truck was returned she said they would check the lots again and hung up. She called again a few minutes later once again accusing me of not returning the truck. Once again she was informed the truck was returned. I informed her I brought the truck back, described the associates present when the truck was brought back, described the associate the key was given to and explained the truck was returned to the “return equipment” designated area right in front of the door. She was told to check her lot again because the truck was brought back. About 15 minutes later we received the email that we was supposed to have received an hour and half ago. We didn’t get a call back from the associate letting us know they found the truck or anything. Bad customer service.

I have never had such a bad experience from a company. From when I booked the rental to when I returned the rental it was horrible. When I booked the rental the person I was speaking to was extremely rude. When I returned it early they were also unfriendly and also over charged me. I returned the rental with plenty of gas but yet was charged for it. Also I was charged for rental blankets which I never use. I will never be going back to this Uhal

Don’t overbook the trucks. I reserved a truck for a different day and made plans based on that and two weeks later was told that reservation wouldn’t be honored. I also didn’t get the money associated with the “guarantee” even though my reservation was cancelled.

My reservation was changed by 10 hours without my knowledge. We had to move at absurd hours and leave our belongings outside, unattended because we had to get the vehicle back 10 hours earlier than we had planned for. The customer service was horrible. After struggling to get everything done within the allotted time, we dropped off the vehicle 30 minutes early and were treated like garbage. The employee who was at the facility when we dropped the vehicle off offered no help and answered questions rudely. Overall it was a terrible experience and I will not be using Uhaul again.

We were told to pick up the Uhaul after hours at 8pm. We checked in online. Arrived at 8pm, checked in, and then kept having an error screen on the phone. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes with customer support, we were told that there was nothing they could do and they didn't know why the truck was ready. We were promised $50 off our order due to this problem. We go to the store to pick it up the next day, and they deny us this $50 off. We let them know about what happened, and the woman says "you're even lucky you got a Uhaul" after we were patient and paid $400 to rent a Uhaul for ONE DAY from Boston to NYC. Very rude.

I called today to uhaul to talk about my final price. Which I got changed higher price than what they told me at the store when I sign the contract. They said the manager would call me back later in evening to go over my price no one called me back. They also said I returned the track this morning when I returned the Track the day before the due day at 9:00PM. It is very unprofessional to over charge me without my approval. I would like someone to speak to me before I take it to someone. This is very disappointing experience overall.

I went to this location at noon on 8/19/2018 without a reservation. The employee told me that no car was available and directed me to a nearby location. However, I wanted to call and make sure a car was available at the other location. So, I called the helpline and they said there was a car available at the location I already was and took my reservation over the phone. When I showed my booking confirmation to the employee, he got mad at me and said I shouldn't have called to make a reservation and that he is holding the car for someone who hasn't made a reservation. He refused to give me the car and said I can call the helpline again if I want but he is not going to give me the car. When I started calling the helpline he got scared and immediately wanted to give me the car pretending to do me a favor. This was a terrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to this location. In fact I will think twice before I rent another UHAUL from any other location.

Feel rates were not adequately disclosed. $19.95 rental turned out to be $38. Still not sure what some of the fees were for. Drop off process was abominable. Should have just been able to drop the keys and go. Making me watch a video and take pictures absurd. Does not make me want to use U-haul in the future.

I rent the truck ONLINE for 24 hours and when I went to pick up at the store the guy pretty stupidly told me that I could only stay WITH THE truck for 4 hours and I had to return it as soon as possible because the same truck had already been rented to someone else the way that he spoke to me was worse than they have rented same truck for two people

Not that much happy with UHaul. I booked online for a 17’ truck for 2 (yes two days). Because I’m moving two houses into one and well though the booking went through (mind you I did this booking online on July 24 for August 16 and 17) there wasn’t problems at all I didn’t get a message saying anything but A confirmation saying it’s been booked. However I got a phone call the DAY before on the 15... Yes the DAY before telling me they don’t rent the 17’ truck for two days straight like what I ordered. I needed the truck for the 16 and 17! Well that was a HUGE upset in our moving plans. So we had the 17’ for just the 16th and had to work like crazy to fill it and unpack so we could get everything moved in ONE instead of the two days as I thought.... so yeah not happy and right now I’m a mess.

Manny was excellent. Very attentive and interested in exactly what t hg e customers wantes. The place was busy for a Sunday morning, but Manny kept smiling and acknowledged evertone that came in with a friendly nod, and dealt with us in a very timely manner. He ha great customer service skills and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak for him. He deserves a raise - and some help!

Truck was in bad shape. Stalled at lights. When on the highway couldn't get it past 45 without it shaking and making a noise. Felt like it lacked power. Did not feel safe driving it back and asked if I could drop it at a different location closer to where i moved and was told i couldn't because it was a rotational truck. I understand that but when I dont feel safe and mentioned that, some kind of exception should be made for safety.
