My unit was completely rusted at the bottom as well as the surrounding units, several employees I spoke to were no help. Sustained eye injury due to the rust falling into my eyes. Nothing was done about this until I moved out of the storage. Managers are extremely rude and dismissive. No compassion whatsoever in regards to my experience. Will never go back. I hope new management will be explored at this location as it really needs it. District/area management was horrible as well.

Overall, the facility was clean and staff was helpful. I only wished I would have known about the elevator at the time of booking.

They quickly loaded my 20-foot truck, handling 10–12 bins, a pair of couches, a dresser, and several really heavy furniture pieces with ease.
