Access to loading dock with trailer is little bit tricky and there is no ground door to load.

I received a call from Everton on Friday March 28 enquiring about the open account and I explained it to him . As long there is no payment outstanding , I am satisfied.

Silvere L | Overall ExperienceI have cancel my storage unit before my renewal day I have vacant my storage 2 days before only they have not Cancel my contract still I was getting charged or missed payment it’s not fair we trust and give the credit cards info they can’t misuse that I feel I m not secure with this facility and staff I called couple of time to check it’s been cancel or not plz send me email confirmation we don’t need to ple them to do that’s their job they are very careless

Anthony C | Overall ExperienceGreat customer service whenever I need help from the workers and the building is easy to access - checking in and out, elevator use, carts. Unit that we occupied was perfect for our needs and easy to access. The location is very busy and can sometimes take time to get out of the lot, but easy to gain access to the building and find parking in the loading/unloading garage.
Marissa-Joy H | Overall ExperienceI’ve been a loyal U-Haul customer for over six years in Toronto and Montreal, and I have used storage facilities for the past 25 years. Given the frequent price increases, I expected my storage unit to be clean and safe. However, I recently discovered that my tubs and boxes were covered in dried urine and rodent hair, which was both disappointing and frustrating, as it’s literally in storage to keep it safe and clean. When I reached out to customer service, I had hoped for a conversation about a reasonable resolution, but instead, I was immediately redirected to the claims process without any discussion. Given my long-standing history with U-Haul, I would have expected the manager to reach out. I hoped that someone would take the time to address this situation properly, but it’s been days with no response. I will continue to need storage in the future, but whether I choose U-Haul again is looking less and less likely.

Anton H | First ImpressionsThe only thing that happened was my bed and a few other things got damage, due to a bottle of shampoo, conditioner and bleach that burst, about 1 year ago. I never got to claim for that as yet. But other than that, everything else was good. The staff was helpful and it was easy access to and from my storage, since 2018
Jean D | Overall ExperienceFriendly staff but unable to resolve my issue. When entering through the loading dock of the slinging doors close my code would not work saying access denied. The staff do not have access to the system to fix the issue. So I have to enter through the entrance door then go behind the sliding glass doors to open them which made the move so much longer. Also elevator doors close way to fast. The initial unit had a column in it then the new one didn't have a lock I had to go to the second floor get the lock from there which was a wate of time as well. With all these issues I could have been done well before 4pm which cost me time and money in a truck rental as well.
