My experience was tarnished because of road works in front of the location which made it extremely difficult to get to the site but that is certainly not the fault of U-haul. Also this was not my chosen location but I am told that because I arranged the order online the system does not let me choose the location but chooses it for me. In future I will not book online because of this. However, my experience was made so much better because of the very pleasant attendant who helped me when I did get there. She helped to make up for the other problems.

I booked a truck in different location, they have made changes and asked me to come to Rexdale location. After an hour of wait they said the no truck so I have to go to Weston location where the criterial is to return the truck to same location. Where as I have booked for one way. It took me around 5 hours to get the truck from Uhaul. I have been bounced to different location. Very bad customer service will not recommend to any of my friends.

First of all, I asked for my van to be ready at another location and was informed - with less than 24 hours notice - that it would not be available for pickup 10 minutes from my place... via public transit, the second location was 45 minutes away and hugely inconvenient to get to and a huge waste of my time. When I asked to make a complaint, no one followed up with me. It is 2017, the world is full of car-sharing and we live in a world where mobility is seen as-a-service: there is no way that your company shouldn't be able to move a vehicle to a pickup location that is more convenient for its customer with ONE WEEK'S NOTICE, or at the very least, offer said customer a ride to the other location, since it is significantly further away. It's disappointing, inconvenient and backwards. Change your pick up policy or at the very least provide us some customer service if you really can't get a van to where the customer wants to pick it up.

Arrived at 7:00am to pick up equipment as per my reservation, but when signing in I was told “no equipment was assigned to my reservation”. Although this was corrected eventually it delayed all my other commitments.

we tried to add moving help online through a click but the movers were not helpful and had the wrong date. Ended up they couldn't help.

The mobile unlocking system isn't great. I would have been better off and saved myself more time had I waited in line. You also didn't have enough staff working on this day. There was only one U-Haul employee who a line up of at least 5 customers. She did great considering but she needed help.

I overfilled the gas because the gas meter was broken/ stuck on full and I had no way to know how much fuel to put. ALSO THEY DIDN'T GIV ME GAS CREDIT FOR THE EXTRA FUEL...

Take 80 Geary Ave off your website - I booked a 9 ft van there only to find a tattoo shop. Very inconvenient, took an extra hour to get to stockyards an back. Disappointed

I was not going to say anything but since U-Haul is asking me I am going to let you know how terrible was my experience WITH U-HAUL IN GENERAL. I rent a 10" TRUCK online to pick it up at Concord location. on my way there, I call them to let them know I was going to be 5-10 min late because of the traffic. I live in Toronto close to stockyard location but they didn't have anything available and that’s why I went online and choose concord. So, when I call them they told me they didn't have any truck available for me because the person didn't bring it back. everything was set up and paid. I gave your employee some different options to help your customer (me): 1) give a back up truck that you guys should have instead of saying sorry because at this point sorry wont help (31st or last day for me to move out); 2) instead of sending me to Oshawa or Newmarket or any other location, u-haul must had brought the truck to replace that one you didn’t have; 3) let me rent anything else anywhere else and pay for it instead of saying sorry as I have said. While my friends was putting all my staff on the grass outside of the house I was struggling to find something with friends, trying to rent with another company but nobody had anything available. Was A VERY BAD SITUATION THAT I WENT TRHOUGH. I felt so bad because of the whole situation… you guys was JUST sorry about it and I needed a solution. FINALLY at Stockyard location they found a small truck for me to rent. It was 6:30 something and the storage was going to close at 7pm. In the end I had to bring my couch and one dresser to the storage with help. Had to beg to my landlord to let me bring my furniture inside until next morning and I HAD TO MOVE EVERY SINGLE FURNITURE BY-MY-SELF TO THE STORAGE. Im a 38 yo WOMAN carrying dressers, armchair, tv hacking, tables, carpets, chairs, tv’s, and boxes aaaaaall BY-MY-SELF. You will never know what does it mean.
