Well, I need to tell something, in my experience with u-haul , because of one person everything changed. I booked my van and when I got at the place, the person who was there told me that I booked wrong time, in that moment I was in show because I needed to move in that time, she looked me and saw my situation right away she called one costumer who would delivery one van as soon as possible, she did everting and booked another time giving more time and get the car in that moment m, I just need to say thank you Tania for your excellent customer service that you provided to me, because of you I could move. Sonny was really helpful ! Truck assigned was behind the facility and blocked by other 5 trucks, trailers and vans. He was a great assistance juggling cars around to let me go. Problem however was it took 30 minutes more than planned and I forgot to check if my optional pads and dolly were onboard... guess what, they were not. I still had to fill the oil engine (oil lights appeared). This was promptly fixed by the local customer service, despite of her limitations dealing with her online system. Not her fault, but her app was slow and sometimes unresponsive, making her to start the transactions all over again... Long story short, I’ll call customer service to refund the unused 12 extra pads and dolly not used as part of the rental. Other than that, keep it up. It was a snowy day and facility was very busy in the morning.

I was blown away with the care and thoroughness taken by Tanya who booked my order. Was further impressed by Sunny when I returned my vehicle. Sunny had a bright and positive attitude (in a cold and wet weather). He clearly took pride in his work as he managed my returns and the returns of other customers around me. VERY nice to see!

Fact that your location offers NO PARKING for customer vehicle makes it very inconvenient. I would not return to this location. Suggest, why dont u allow customer to park in spot where Van or Truck is taken from.

Customer service sucks. Don’t provide details of returned vehicle condition. They waste your time. Took 1.5 hours to return the loaner as it needed to be cleaned by me and etc. Had to go back and forth so many times. One sales clerk said one thing and another said something else. Extremely frustrating.

There is no parking at this location, which was not advertised--I had to drive nearly a km down a side street to find parking. When I got the truck, the door was still frozen shut, and it took about 15 or 20 minutes to get it open. Also, I never got the mats I paid for when I paid the deposit.

I was not able to check the vehicle back in using your online app, leading to your people making a mistake on my invoice. I booked a storage unit on the first floor, but you gave me one on the third floor when the freight elevator was broken forcing me to use the much smaller passenger elevator on the other side of the building.
