The self-service check in still needs work - it went through 5 or 6 vans, none of which were visible before I eventually gave up and went inside for assistance. The vans were all in the rear storage and not available to the public.

I pre booked a 26 footer truck a month ahead of time before my move in date to my home. I booked it for a 8 am pick up I get there and they told me it was for 6 pm pick up. I never called in changing my time . When I used u haul in the states it was easy. This time around was not and I had to do it a 2 way travel. This will be my last time ever using U haul

I just want to say a big thank you to Lilly. The evening I was to pick up the truck, I realized I had left my wallet with licence back at my office. I could not get back before the store closed but reached Lilly by phone to make arrangements to pick up in the morning. I was not able to make the change with reservations but guaranteed Lilly I would have the truck back that evening so it could be dispatched the next day. She was also very helpful in answering questions when I stopped by earlier in the week to pick up boxes. She is a credit to your company and should be commended for her excellent customer service skills!

I was sent to a location that is no longer in existence, despite being able to book it online and having received a confirmation email. I spend 30$ in cab fare going from one location to the next trying to find the proper vehicle I needed. Once I arrived their system was down, and for some reason it took them nearly 45 minutes to figure out that they could draw up a paper contract and get me going. I was 2.5 hours late for work, and it’s a time-sensitive job. Unacceptable.

First of all I was asked to pickup vehicle at 6.30 am in message but rental office only at 7.00. Secondly I didn’t get the vehicle which booked that is 10’ truck and I had to take cargo van as there is no alternative since I have booked elevator at my apartment on said date. Overall there is no courtesy and customer service at all. Will never ever book from this rental office. Hope you take this feedback as a serious note to improve overall service. Thank you.

I also went to the location near Queen and Roncesvalles and the service there was fine. I had the following situation: I had a credit card statement and could not understand some of the U-Haul Charges. Teresa Bishop in Customer Service is patient and wonderful at explaining how to work with the statements and understand what to look for on them so that they can reconcile the U-Haul charges with credit card statements. I'd say that Teresa really exemplified the U-Haul spirit of customer service, good explanations and making sure that the customer could follow what the charges are. (e.g. part of it was about how there is a mileage estimate when a person takes out a vehicle and that it is balanced off/or reconciled when they bring the vehicle back). P.S. Customers should ask for these U-Haul statements to be emailed to them. Again, Thanks U-Haul for really nice 15 ft. cube vans. Moving is enough of a challenge and U-Haul makes it easier.

Didn't have the right size trust I reserved and even drive to a location 40 minutes away to get a 20" when I reserved a 26" and walked away with a 17" and had to through away some of my belongings because they wouldn't fit in the truck. Also didn't have a second Dollie I pre ordered and paid for :( horrible experience!!

Great service as I'm an occassional user of uhaul services, only suggestion is I saw a tranmission / engine light that was on display when I first got into the truck, was scared at first to see that activated always on the road. Would highly suggest to keep that off and find what is triggering the light to be on with the engine compartment. I guess reason for saying this is so that the next customer that comes in, doesn't get scared being on the road to see the same warming indicator on. But honestly great service, not to complain and truck was of perfect size as suggested.

Remove non-existent locations from your website! For example, 80 Geary Ave. Do you gain anything from having I on your website????? NO. It is absolute bullshit that they are there. All it does is confuse and anger customers. I will not use UHaul again until this is remedied. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE

I wouldn’t book u-Haul again. I had a garaunteed reservation with Laird location which they moved to 255 Weston rd in morning saying they don’t have the truck available at there location. When I arrived at 255 Weston they said there truck was down and I need to go to 355 Weston rd. This all put me behind by 2 hours.

HORRIBLE! They asked me to drop off the truck same location and when I did, the next day some one calls me asking for the truck while the truck is parked right infront of the door at night with the keys on the drop box. Every one is confused there and kept transferring me to customer service which no one picks the phone there... TERRIBLE... stay away and go to a different location
