Staff was rude and very lazy, I used the app for touch less pick up and I had to go inside and stand in line for 45 mins to get a key !! Horrible customer service. Especially when there is 3 staff at the counter and only one is taking customers with 10 people in line. Returning was even worst when the staff member told me I had to stand on line again after using the app and the staff requested me not to use the drop box as the app requested. The app is a total waste of time, very poor experience!!!

This location was severely understaffed for a fully booked Sunday. The only reason I rated this location average was because the staff were as fast as they could be and as friendly as they could be given how understaffed they were. I waited nearly an hour to pick up my truck, and when I returned to get my storage locker, it took nearly an hour and a half. There were problems with my code which was extremely frustrating after waiting over an hour. Many customers who were trying to check out their vehicle online had problems and had to come into the store anyway which increased wait time. I haven't had good experiences checking out online either. Honestly I wasted 2.5 hours just waiting at u-haul on Sunday and I can't see myself trying this location again.
Worse experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I book the rental of a appliance dolly and when I got there I was told in the most indifferent way ever that it was on a first come first serves basis and they did not have anything available. I WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE MY MOVE DO THIS!!!!!!! please someone let the customer know that they may not have the equipment need it for their move even when you book it on your rental. The best that happened there was one of the fleet attendants who's name is Sunny as he was the only one helpful at all. Here is my U-Haul Contract 29599658 please make this right.
Cargo van consumes 35 litres per 100 KM. That is unacceptable
Change the attendant. She's to lazy to help the costumers. Also, the system was out and she could use the internet to still work, but she was sitting there complaining about it instead of help us. But the rest is good!

I was surprised that the truck rental doubled when I informed the front desk that I would be keeping the truck an extra 2 hours. My original quote was $68. The final bill was $137. I guess it is what it is. Thank you.
The dates to deliver the U-boxes changed two times without informing. That caused a lot pf troubles and last minute changes that made me spend more money. Thats why I had to rent a car to bring the boxes by myself. I never received responses to my complains.
If you are offering service to hook up trailer, then provide it. I hooked up checked lights and safety chains. No one showed up. At drop off someone was outside and asked the question "are you dropping off and I said yes, they went inside and I proceeded to un hook. went online and completed the drop off procedure with pictures. If you have my credit card and my license on file why do I need to check in, considering that all the counter person does is take my signature and recopies my driver info again.
The lady in the morning was so rude n disgusting I told her I have a hearing problem n she rolled her eyes n sighed like I'm a paying customer n that's how u treat me also the truck was clean but the sign 19.95 an hour was still on the windshield n I had to take it down all n all I will never come back to this location go to the one one behind crappy tire on st Clair way better n to the owner of this location I felt very disrespected n u guys should b ashamed of ur employees just straight garbage

I had problems with the online check-in. There was an error on the website and my order disappeared. The staff at the UHaul location were great.
I returned my rental after hours but was unable to do so because the employee I dealt with when taking out the rental didn't complete the form. As a result, I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes, including being hung up on once before the situation was rectified.
Very inefficient processing. Waited for more than 30 minutes in line with only 3 people ahead of me.
the van we picked up had not been cleaned outside and had warning lights when started, which took several minutes for a technician to fix. Clearly it had not been checked before we arrived. On return, we were told everything was fine, but then charged an additional $28 cleaning fee for leaving a coffee cup and wrapper in the vehicle without anyone commenting that that would happen. We called to complain and were told a manager would follow up, but as of 36 hours later, still no call. Very disappointing.
Manager was rude and did not solve the issue. If your customer is telling you that they want an exchange in vehicle, you should give it to them instead of trying to tell them it's their fault. Never renting from this location again.
Have a dedicated person for receiving the equipment. It would be much easier to return.

Took 45 minutes to get through mobile checkin. Truck that was assigned was not on lot. Had to get another. Asked if I could get key but was told to go line up for another 20 minutes. Then told that I could have got key earlier. Clearly not on top of processing efficiently. Wasted 45 minutes of moving timeðŸ˜–

It would be nice to have easier access to the lock boxes for the vehicle keys. The ones they have are cumbersome and a bit of a challenge to open.
