I have rented trucks from this location for the past 7 years. Trucks are always clean and ready. Staff is very helpful and polite.
PAULINE MYour App is Garbage. Get Rid of the app and get more staff in store. There were 3 people in line when I arrived in store, and 2 staff members. Staff was only there to show people how to use the app to get the keys. What nonsense is that. It took 1 hour to get the keys because of the app process. This put me behind schedule for rest of the day.

Only reluctantly assisted us with app. App crashed, and did not work. Staff still refused to help us. Only after significant pleading did they provide us with assistance to obtain vehicle.

ISC BThe inside of the trailer smelled like someone died in it. Was given a trailer that was behind another trailer so had to get it changed. I asked about after hours drop off and they said leave it in the same place but the entrance to the storage area was blocked by other vehicles.

Siu LThe phase-in of the digital/online system is suffering hugely from growing pains. While such phas-in typically are complimented by increase staffing to bridge the gap, U-Hal is doing the opposite by calling down staffing during this critical transition. This is making it hard for customers who are either not online savvy and/or in a rush to meet their business deadline due to waiting long periods of time in line ups staffed with ONE person who at times seems is also learning the system.

CHARLES CThe truck was very stinky needed to be aired out when I went to return the truck I did the mobile app drop off as I have don't with other trucks at other locations but there were no instructions on where to put the rented equipment that came with the truck. And the staff who were awesome were very busy with clients as many trucks were pulling in.

KELLY HMy appointment was for four but another car was being worked on and I had to wait Almost 30 minute's. Service was great and person doing job seemed very knowledgeable. Person at counter was very pleasant and even offered me her umbrella as I waited on site and wanted to walk to Tim Hortons to kill time.

Tom KThis was probably the most disorganized experience when renting a vehicle I have had. While I was aware it would have to be done through the app, when I sought some guidance I was met with frustrated employees who just gave me dirty looks and brushed us off. There were several customers there experiencing the same issues with the app, and all experiencing the same frustrations. It took us almost 40 minutes of the app not working and trying to get help to get access to our truck. I was very disappointed.

Tanvir AHorrible customer service was ignored and thrown around to go to different sections wasted almost 40 minutes on cleaning day. Was told that uhaul does not allow you to book in person and 100% needed the app. Was too lazy to help me. I asked to see the trucks but was told "I cant help you." Its hard enough normally to have this experince but imagine having this om moving day. Absolute worst uhaul experince i had.
Mohamed II am being charged 2 extra days because the customer representative claims that they couldn't find the key after we returned it. They told us to pull the car around to the side and hand over the key to the person waiting and we did. Now, I'm being told foolishness and Warden's customer service rep was giving attitude. This is not how business is handled. I would never recommend the warden branch and now I have a bad experience overall with U-haul so I'm not even going to think about using them again. This is ridiculous because when I asked for a superior I'm being told no supervisor is at this location. Like serious U-haul, I need a refund for those 2 extra days. So go check your cameras.
Ceyon ARatchets are severely worn would not lock kept slipping on cogs. Not safe to on both side had to use my own straps cause was not not safe and did not want to risk causing damage or injury to anyone

RAFAT AI’m Not gonna visit this place anymore , the front desk lady behaved very rudely , she doesn’t even have the basic qualities and skills to treat the customers .when I walkin for a truck she mentioned u have to pre book .so I just walked out and booked through online and went to collect the keys then she mentioned if you guys boooing through online then how we gonna provide vehicles to the one who walkins.i think she was on high or something and later started shouting at us mentioning even if u guys complain nothing gonna happpen with my job ,such a bad customer service

MORRIS S4 crew members telling people to do everything online. The app does not work as it should, creating a long line of unsatisfied clients. It made me wish it was the last time I would consider using U-Haul. **There was only one good soul working outside (driving trucks and a forklift) that was able to help me. She was helpful and professional. An example of what a U-Haul employee should be. Besides her, I would give 0 stars for the whole team.
Rodrigo IThere is nothing you can improve. I did mobile App but once I got to the lot it would not work. Thankfully there was two awesome, helpful employees there that assisted me greatly. They couldn't figure out why it wasn't working either but the lady, who was moving trucks around ( didn't get her name) told me she would tell the lady who comes in at 6:30am to help me right away in the office. When the lady came into the office at 6:30am she helped me with everything on the computer so that I could get the truck in a timely manner. Then the first lady I delt with helped me find the truck as it was not where I was told it would be. The service was exceptional. I am forever grateful for everything those employees did for me. Extremely helpful, respectful and understanding.
April FThe dolly & Matt I ordered where not in the truck. No dolly were available which makes difficult to more. I wasn't advised about it until I took the keys and noticed that is was missing.
HENOKABEBE WI have used this place at least twice with extra charges, this time the same, I only rented for a month but deducted me for two months. I went to the office four times a week to get my extra deductions back and each time I was told the manager was not in and that the manager would call me but I never got a feedback. Today is the fourth time and they told me I have to come back for a fifth time. I don't understand how difficult it is to get a refund on a tour and the manager is always out of office during working hours, please give me a reasonable explanation?

jinu vCounter people were rude and refused to help anyone with truck rentals. They simply said "you have to do it online there's no counter service" Thankfully a woman that works outside came to our aid and helped me as well as another customer rent trucks. She also instructed the counter employees to help people when asked about renting trucks. She made my experience good but if I hadn't been helped by her I'd still be standing in the parking lot trying to book the truck.

MICHAEL GIt was a great experience dealing while I was there for the past 4- 5 years. The staff were so friendly and helpful.i am so saddened to leave this facility but given i use the trailers and trucks quite often I will be seeing them all.

U-haul storage was not my first choice, but due to limited time to move-in and return the truck I opted for a more expensive, smaller unit, and without elevator access, instead of going to the competitor. If I had more time, I would have opted for another storage facility.

I had a difficult time with the app, having to change my password repeatedly . The storage information did not show up on the app with my truck and move company reservation. Most importantly I was told clearly the first month was free several times until I got to the facility. I drive a fair distance for that be wfit and could have paid to choose another facility much close to me.

Especially at the end of the day near closing time. This is my only criticism. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with my experience with U-Haul storage. If they had a larger storage unit , I would have continued to be a customer.

I had the option of paying at the counter or completing the transaction on line. I choose at the counter. When I arrived I was told the locker wasn't available anymore. I assumed they meant because of me. The staff said no, someone else rented it. When I asked for an explanation they said is was on first come basis. I don't understand how you can book online and have the store override the transaction. As I already booked a truck I was forced to take a smaller unit.

Not clear on how security is maintained at night. No security gates. Also I would recommend dropping the $10 charge for 24 hour access since anyone can get into the area at any time of day or night so what are you paying for?

They took a few days to resolve the issue and wanted to double charge me for a new one. The sales rep who said that she was acting manager wasn't very nice. Thank God I'm out of there. MICKYKENDELL H | Overall ExperienceI opted to move my stuff to another non-Uhaul facility as this one I found to be not only overpriced but also not maintained well. My boxes were damp and right from my first day there I had a terrible time trying to close the locker door (I also had two friends attempt to close it and both struggled as well). Additionally, every time I opened the door or shut it a bunch of sawdust (our what I believe to be sawdust would fall on me). The containers were not in good condition and I was not willing to risk having my stuff in there during the Winter months.

Not informed of this when I accepted a 2nd floor unit. If I had known stairs were involved wouldn't have accepted a unit on the second floor.

Get retrained so that the staff don't get the full brunt of the criticism and harassment because of your blindspots. I would never buy a franchise for that reason. The company is losing millions and they don't know it and probably do care. So sad. Get the president to become ab undercover boss if he/she really care about the huge losses.
