Charging ppl for no climate control with nasty stuff falling from the ceiling and then having someone disabled veteran on a fixed income have to park their car away from the storage unit and try to get to their things is insane. Charging me almost $250 is INSANE. U-Haul along with other companies are so greedy anymore. That place is a dump and I hate that I didn’t have any resources and got stuck at a dump like that. I pay $100 less for a bigger and better unit from a different company with climate control and it proves that this company is all about providing the worst service and products at an over priced amount. Shame on yall. I’m done with ever using yall again. Even the rental trucks. This last time was once again taking more money that you weren’t owed and your equipment is crap. I won’t ever use yall ever again. I wrote off Comcast 15 years ago for being greedy and refuse to ever get service with them. U-Haul is definitely in the class of bleeding hard earned Americans dry. This company along with so many others are what’s wrong with this world.

I didn't realize there were 2 uhaul locations on Dorchester Rd. it is difficult to get in and out of the location much less access to the unit.
