My only problem was I was told I would have access to a unit from the outside. I was told when I arrived that there were none available. It is twice the amount of work having to cart items through hallways. I had not choice and had to take it. Staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. Just disappointing I cold not get the type of unit I was scheduled to rent

I understand they have a job to do and run a business, but they were always so understanding and patient with any issues I was having. I would 100% recommend this location, just in staff alone.
