Raven was excellent. She stayed a little late to rent me a space and saved me easily 30 minutes in the process. I had turned in the uhaul autobody transport with Sebastian (who was quite helpful and courteous as well) and had seen how busy they were so Raven came in clutch as she was about to be off. At the end I turned in the 15' truck to an African American young man who's name started with an "A" and he was helpful as well - gave me time to fold up my 2 dozen blankets and avoid the fee. All in all an experience that was handled well on their end from the point of view of someone who had just flown to Detroit, had to pack up a uhaul in the snow, drove it all night down to SC, and then unload it to the storage unit in nonstop fashion. Truly appreciated them.
