I had a really great experience. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the processes of renting a truck and a storage unit were very smooth and simple!
Friendly and helpful Uhaul staff made my first Uhaul storage experience enjoyable! Location off main busy street feels safe with easy access.

We moved in Sept of 1995. We are getting this survey because some how the computer showed us as moving out. Hayden "Russell" at the Rivers ave "Credit Union Lane" was very helpful fixing the issue.
Justin and the rest of the workers was there was friendly nice and if I would ever come back to Charleston I will use you guys again.

Justin Brownell, from the uhaul facility on Rivers Ave in Charleston SC, was the light at the end of the tunnel, he went out of his way to make up for multiple issues with Uhaul/ubox in San Francisco

We rent a U-Haul box. The company was great. They delivery drive was amazing. The only thing was the box would not close properly & would leak.
