I reserved my truck online for next day use. I got a text saying there was no trucks available for my move later that same name (even though i was told by Customer Service I would get a call letting me know if they had something available). I was scrambling trying to find another rental moving truck company the next morning. I then received a call around 10am that morning asking if I was still picking up my reserved uhaul truck. I mentioned how I received a text saying there wasn't any available and the lady on the phone so â€œoh I'm sorry i don't know why it did that but we have it ready for you if you want itâ€. So I drove 30 minutes to pick it up. I paid for a one way uhaul (which is $130 instead of $25). The lady who helped me get my truck when I got to the location asked where I would like to drop off and I chose one close to my new house. Well when I tried to return the truck ,the lady who helped me at the pick up location, put the wrong return address. She chose a drop off location only 10 minutes from the original pick up spot. I called uhaul customer service (it was a Sunday) and they transferred me to the â€œschedulingâ€ department. I told the lady on the phone I needed her to change my return address to the one I currently was at because that's what I was told. The uhaul representative LAUGHED and said â€œthat's not how it worksâ€. She was incredibly rude and no help to me at all. She wanted me to drop off the truck 30 minutes away from where I was which was about 10 minutes from the original pick up location! Why would I pay so much for a one way when the return address was so close to the pick up one?! It makes no sense! She then said if I chose to drop off at my current location I would be charged a fee. Well all I have to say is that I received HORRIBLE customer service from Uhaul. Also, I better not get charged extra for the mistakes of uhaul employees. Worst experience i had. This is a way Uhaul made a move even more stressful!Noelle A.

Process was simple and easy start to end. Portia (sorry if I spelled wrong!) and the other young lady at the front desk, were both handling challenging calls when I came in and were providing stellar customer service with the patience of a saint!! Marquel got me my truck and checked me out when I was done quickly and efficiently and Juan (ai think owner/manager) was also friendly and kind!! I've been in customer service over 35 years now and tend to expect more, well this location provided! I would not only and will recommend highly to anyone but also will be using this location solely in the future when I have to use this service. Improve for this customer. I had a 20ft truck reserved for today with 8:30am pick up. I had reservation and confirmation number. However location did not have it in their system. Well I could get was a 15 foot truck. Thankfully the people I had helping you how to load a truck it was full to the brim. If I had one more piece of furniture one more box to put it in it would not have fit. Very upset about this but did confirm that I have a 20 foot trucks on reserve for pick up each day for the remainder of the week.SHARON T.

Amount of time spent standing in line waiting to make a reservation was 20+ minutes. Saw several customers leave in front of and behind me. Time waiting to pick-up equipment was over 25 minutes. Although a lot of equipment appeared to be returning, so the staff was occupied on the lot unhooking and parking equipment. Nevertheless, there's still should've been someone manning the computer for those customers checking-in to pick up their reserved equipment,. Time spent from arrival to departure for equipment turn-in was approximately 5 minutes. Recommend you consider simplifying the reservation and equipment pick-up process to improve customer relations. Staff was courteous and professional and apologetic for the delays.Robert H.

Only thing I will say is that if a deposit is left due to paying in cash, maybe let the customer know that its better to return to a larger U haul facility so they can issue the deposit. The smaller satellite facilities do not usually handle deposit refunds. We ran into some issues on the other end of our trip but its been remedied. Overall fantastic customer service!JENNIFER L.

The drop off was ok but staff was a bit abrupt and it was very different from the pick up location. And this was after I had already lost 30 mins driving to what had been my original drop off location to be told that UHaul changed my drop off location. I received emails for every transaction, except apparently was only sent a text message to advise me of the location change ??Gina M.
It would be great if the customer could choose the drop off location without having the system change the location or calling the support center to get the location changed to the one originally chosen location. After a move a customer is tired and doesn't want the hassle of waiting on the call center to get you assistance, so you can check in the equipment.DONNA B.

4 days late. I expect to see the $200 per box ($400 total) by next week. Bozeman uhaul did not have a trailer for the ubox until 2 days after the scheduled reservation date. They ended up giving me a 2 box trailer which I later found out required a 10k pound rated tow vehicle when the vehicle on the reservation was 6k. The u boxes arrived late despite confirmation from a rep they were on schedule and might arrive early. Upon arrival there was no trailer available to pick up the uboxes. I had to drive across the city during Friday rush-hour to pick one up from another location. Took just over 2 hours from arrival at the uhaul store until I departed with my first ubox. Uhaul is expensive and unreliable. It was the only option moving from rural Montana. I would highly recommend exploring all other options before using uhaul to any future movers.MICHAEL O.

The lot tends to be full of equipment, which is good, but makes it difficult to find parking for customers. Better traffic flow and parking at the facility would be helpful. The staff was excellent!John F.

I rented a 10x10x8 unit where the door and latch didn't match up correctly. The round lock I was forced to buy would not work in the lower latch hole so I had use another lock. When I returned a week later I'm locked out. The staff guy refused to unlock the unit so I could unlock my stuff. We finally had to stop all your customers that were waiting so we could force the staff guy to unlock our unit.
