Stop lying to people. I returned my truck at the proper gas spot and they told me I didn't and charged my card an extra $8 for missing gas. So if you don't take pictures of everything you get taken advantage of. Great company guys.

When I arrived at the Uhaul location I was told I could not take a truck without a reservation. I had to make a reservation for three hours later that day. The rep said I would be able to use the truck until 3pm the following day. When I arrived to pick up my reservation at 2pm the truck I wanted was still there and it was obvious it had not been rented that day. I was told by the rep on duty at pick up that unless I brought the truck back at 6pm that evening I would have to pay another days rental. I needed the truck when I first arrived at the store. Since I could not pick it up until 3 hours later having until 3pm the next day would have been helpful. Instead I was only able to keep the truck four hours. Thankfully we were able to get most of the items on this truck and rush it back at 6pm. We had to borrow a friends pickup truck to get the rest of the items the next day. I have rented from this location two other times and had a good experience. I will not rent from this location again due to the run around I received this time.

I was given a truck that had brake problems. I was charged extra because I didn’t put that I brought the truck back. I was charged extra for mileage that I didn’t use. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He was very professional during my experience. But the truck I was given sucked ass and I want a refund

Have an issue with the charges on my account card the store very nice well mannered young man told me to call back in the morning and speak with the manager next morning young lady answered very rude hung up on me told me the manager was not available and would call me back still no word from U Haul very sorry customer service

Only problem I had was having to resubmit the same information at the counter that I did when reserving the truck. I didn't like the idea of having my ID in someone's personal phone, when it was previously uploaded to to reservation as requested. Also my credit card information was entered in reserving the truck and I had to do it again at the counter. This makes no sense to me and this is the first time I have experienced this in reserving a truck. It seems like UHAUL's on line system should be able to connect to the local site's computer, this is totally unacceptable.

Our original drop off location was the Philly Cheesesteak place- DO NOT USE this location. It was not open during the hours posted online and we were told “just to drop it”. I had to change my drop off location to this place on Dorchester. Much better.

The credit card I used to reserve the tow dolly was not on file. It was my wife's credit card. She was unable to be with me when I picked up the dolly. I had to pay cash. I'm not sure if it was an error by the representative who made the reservation or at the location where I picked up the dolly. Otherwise, Service was good.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful but the equipment was quite the opposite. I rented a tow dolly and of course didn't notice to completely frayed and destroyed tow straps until I had to put a vehicle on it. Not only did my trip take 4 times as long, but I had to stop every 5-10 miles to check on the straps. They were so damaged I finally stopped and bought 4 of my own tow straps to secure my vehicle. Would recommend checking your equipment more than just when it was purchased. Also fix your ridiculous website for rental returns. I was charged 20$ without my consent or knowledge because your website is garbage.

Everything was great. But I came in the day before , had accidentally booked with wrong location, upon expressing this to the guy taking care of me, he simply walked away from me and carried on with whatever he was previously doing. Didn’t look at me. Didn’t say a word. When our conversation wasn’t even over with. It was pretty rude. But today I didn’t have to deal with him, so it was all great. Thank you. I will return when need be, but if I see that other employee, I will request not to deal with him.
