Christopher C | Primeras impresionesI’ve had units at this a facility a couple of times and never any problems. Clean, convenient and secure.
Janet D | Experiencia generalThe simple request to rent a second and similar storage unit in the same building as our current unit was met with impatience, incompetence, and an inability to identify any available units that would meet the general request. J claimed he was unable to locate empty units on their floorplans or itn their system. It's not possible to sort by availability?! Rather than search and offer open unit options, he demanded unit size from among a long list of variable sizes and locations. . Each unit size was then met with "none available" until a winning guess.
Stephen S | Primeras impresionesDavid and Phil took really great care of me. All went well. Thanks so much.
Tim M | Primeras impresionesUHAUL Grayslake did everything right which helped me from start to finish. Great, friendly staff led the way!
BERNIE B | Experiencia generalWhen moving out I noticed quite a few pistachios shells in the unit but I didn’t store any food. Also a few pairs of shoes were molded so at some point the climate wasn’t controlled but considering it was a 6 year rental, I am pleased. Also considering the money spent I was surprised to learn that upon move out the payment is not prorated for the last month and nothing is returned, but grateful nothing was stolen or completely damaged
Steven K | Experiencia generalNice customer service.
AMY V | Primeras impresionesThis was a very convenient to my house. I left because the rent kept increasing and stuff inside ultimately had to go anyway.
JAMES T | Experiencia generalYour staff was rude and was butting in conversations that he should not have. Talking rudely to customers
TRISHA N | Primeras impresionesBest move-in experience ever.
