My only complaint is that when I first booked a unit I booked online for a $59 a month unit in Libertyville which was all I needed. I got there and was told you had none available. I would have to go to Gurnee (which wasn't convenient for me) or rent a larger unit. I was given one month free for the larger unit which helped short term. So I have been paying, first $99 a month and more recently $104 a month. I would have saved a lot of money had I been able to rent and stay in the smaller unit. I was wronged to have received a confirmation that I had a $59 unit when none were available. "The facility itself is very nice.

Todd's staff have all been friendly, professional and accomidating during my rental period. It is clean and and easily accessible. If need be I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dino P | First ImpressionsMy friend and I picked this storage because we were supposed to have access to our separate units until 10pm (after office hours). We planned to make several trips in the evening while actively packing our stuff only to find that the storage space id card reader to let us in was not working. We were told to just come back the next day (which we couldn’t) and finally after insisting we need to get in, they had someone open the facility for us… but the person could not stay and we could only keep the doors open ourselves by keeping one of us in there at all times.. we both had our own packing to do. This wasted a lot of time, money, and resources on our ends and we had to let go of some items altogether due to lack of access before 10pm as we had flights to catch. Difficult and stressful move in experience, I can only hope the card reader works for our move out. I called today to explain the situation but it doesn’t seem they are willing to do anything for us. The only shining light at this place is the friendly woman at the front who really welcomed us when we first signed the lease, Vina.
