I have often rented vehicles from uhaul, but not storage, as usually I have arranged my storage much before I schedule the truck rental. I've been told every time I bring one back very you get a month free! And I've tented it down because I have already rented my storage somewhere else. But this move I remembered! So i called to confirm you still do this, and was told no problem we will do this when I bring my truck in for return. It went very smoothly!! I love how personable and friendly all the staff is at my uhaul center in Gilbert! So naturally easy about just being, no-pressure about anything, everything!! I am grateful for my uhaul teams that have supported me getting to my goals of this move!!

KATRINA W | Experiencia generalThe facility is not kept to a cool enough temperature as it should if that is the whole purpose of choosing one with A/C. Very disappointing. Also there is no prorate if you move out after a couple of days and still have to pay the whole month for it. I’ll never use a storage again because if these reasons.

Starlard F | Experiencia generalVery good location, staff, hours and clean. We’ve used this place before and it’s always been great. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Highly recommended! The employees are always alert to the needs of customers; one seen that we were going in & out, then offered to put the doors in the ‘open’ position, it made going in & out much easier…..
