SHAMARA G | First ImpressionsI was unable to complete my move in on the app. I had to call customer service, just to be informed that my reservation had been canceled. In the app my reservation was still active and showed the option to move in, even let me edit and change my reservation. Your app really stinks and takes people in circles. Incredibly frustrating especially when moving your home is already stressful enough. Not a happy customer! Then was charged for the month that was supposed to be free, requiring yet another call to customer service, where most of the time I was transferred to different departments.

They didn’t have the size unit I RESERVED, shocker they had bigger ones that cost more. Not a pleasant experience overall.

christen s | First ImpressionsMy only issue with this particular U-Haul storage would be the location. It's a bit obscure and not so easy to find even with the map. It may be easy for local Arizonans to find, but If I had friends or family from out of town who may for whatever reason need storage space, I'd have some concerns as to whether they'd become flustered trying to find their locker.
