Please be a little more patient with directions to your storage lockers when dealing with your older and disabled customers!!
Brenda L. | First ImpressionsAt one point a lock was placed on my storage locker even though my account was current. It took the employees an hour to unlock my locker, and this experience was extremely inconvenient. Apparently nobody had time to unlock my locker to allow me access.

When I came back to pick up my stuff in my unit after 2yrs, there was rat poop everywhere on my stuff. This a indoor climate controlled facility with a rat problem. Lastly there is a window completely broken and pieces everywhere. It is covered up by cardboard. The glass was never picked up. I am completely surprised how this store runs a business. Never recommending to anyone.
