The manager at Colonie branch is terrible with customer service, extremely rude and would not close out my account unless I cleaned out the mice feces that was still in my storage .. I had that unit with yu guys for a really long time I would have thought I would’ve been treated better

Zackary H | Primeras impresionesThe cycling of my storage has a white duck tape , when it rained water fall of on my stuffs , I even lost my 50" inch TV , which I trashed It because the screen didn't work because of water inside of it ..The office didn't help me at all to solve that issue , not even a half price discount from the TV I lost .
