Zackary H | First ImpressionsThe cycling of my storage has a white duck tape , when it rained water fall of on my stuffs , I even lost my 50" inch TV , which I trashed It because the screen didn't work because of water inside of it ..The office didn't help me at all to solve that issue , not even a half price discount from the TV I lost .

LEONARD I | First ImpressionsThere were so many issues from the fee to the size to the service. I was a one way renter from Florida to NY. I was suppose to get the first month free of storage. They charged me and then had to refund me which in turn screwed everything up. I kept getting bills saying I was past due. They couldn't fix it over the phone so I had to go in. For them to have to "move ne out, and back in" to fix it. I was supposed to have a 10×20 unit, but they don't exist, so I had 2 units. I tried calling for 10 straight days to let them know I was moving, but no one ever answered. When we got there one of the units had a red lock on it and when asked the guy said we owed and insurance fee on one because we only paid insurance on one unit... Nope they were rented as one unit, he was the new manager and was twice as bad as the old one. At least the old one was friendly! Bad from start to finish.
