The general manager was so kind and helpful with me finding the perfect storage unit and the right truck for my move! This is my first time moving so I appreciate the wonderful help and advice. People at the office were great, but the app and move out process was not smooth - App was constantly down and did not work when I needed to vacate the unit. Ended up being charged late fees but this was resolved by the office staff quickly. There was one glitch at the end— when I arrived (with a moving crew) to empty the locker, my locker was double locked with a note that I was denied access for lack of payment. This was not true: I had a receipt for the month’s automatic payment on my phone. Next, the office at the Simmons Lane lockers is now closed, so I had to leave and go to the Broadway office to resolve the problem, leaving my movers waiting. However, the mistake was discovered and easily resolved, so it was not a major inconvenience.Pamela C. | Overall Experience
