We paid for a utility dolly and they forgot to put it in so we had to drive all the way back to get it. Then we were told we would get a storage shed to put everything in and when we called in they only offered a much smaller unit and was very rude about it.

The issue we had was , after waiting 45 min to check in upon return of truck, we were told the check in would happen on line the next day,! When we picked the truck up, they made it sound like returning after business hours was not a good thing to do. We hurried to get done and make it during bus hours. Frustrated by what seemed to be a long wait, 45 min, then to be told that was basically wasted time. Truck worked fine, accomplished what we needed to.

First off, I've used this location before. So, that's why I was disappointed with the experience from this particular associate. We arrived 30-35 min. prior to closing after traveling from the Columbus area. There were no other customers in the store. It took so long to get us processed and only left us 7 min to unload a 25 ft truck. I asked the associate since we arrived 30-35 min. before closing would she still process the truck in today. She said that she can't because, she has to be in early the next day. This immediately disappointed me and if it wasn't for the previous outstanding experience that I received from this location, I would not return. I believe that this employee should receive some training on how respectfully interact with customers. At no time should you express your negative personal feelings with your customers. The biggest slap in the face was, as we were doing the online checkout; the associate walk passed us got into her vehicle and left. Going the extra mile to assist a customer goes a long way. Especially when you have 14 hrs before your next shift. I will continue to use this location but, I was really disappointed with this particular associate.

When I picked up the truck, I was told I would receive a $13 refund because the gas was below 1/4 of a tank, but when I dropped it off I was told it was $5 refund. It was way more money than $5 to get the truck to a quarter of a tank. I am not happy about that and was told the management would contact me, but I have not been contacted and it has been over 24 hours.

I created an online order for a truck at the location closest to my house. I then received 2 emails confirming the location and then a text message confirming another location 20 miles from my house. I called and they cancelled the order and redid it for the proper location over the phone. I checked in online prior to arriving for my pickup but still spent a while at the register giving information. And on top of that, I register mine and my husband as drivers on the online check in yet he had to be registered again in store and the system would not even allow my driver's license to be added even though I was the one who rented the truck. Guess it's a good thing my husband stuck around to receive the truck or I would've been SOL. The staff was nice and apologized for the system being so screwy. Room to improve the online and tech portions of your service. No reason to offer online check in "to cut your wait time in half" if all it does is cause problems that increase your wait time.
