Drove cargo van for approximately 600 miles in 2 days in 83 degree heat and the air conditioning did not work! When i returned the van i told them A/C wasn't working and I was told that they knew that and that the A/C didn't work in a lot of their vans. This is totally unacceptable!KEVIN B.

Make sure items ordered are put in truck for pick up when you do 24/7 pick up I never got padding or dolly and one employee took 20 minutes per customer and I was 3rd in line I gave up and leftKENNETH G.

Uhaul as a company can do much better with their customer service department. 3 times I waited on hold for 30plus minutes and couldn't wait any longer. That's poor customer service. Person at this location was not happy that the Cave Creek AZ location rented this equipment in its condition to a customer. U explained the condition and showed the pics I took of it before loading, and she refunded a portion of the rental fee without me asking. Great customer service.Duane C.
Nothing! Your system went down and where I originally reserved the truck would not offer any options. I went down the street to this location and the manager was right on it, explaining the system issue, and working out of the box to get me on my way with a truck. Outstanding! I like the easy in and out with a motorhome. Some location are elevate and that will twist the frame of the motorhome. This location is a flat entrance.Greg W.
Equipment sucked. Service engine light was on all the time from 3 miles after I took possession of it. Took 55 minutes to get off of hold to talk to someone about it. TPS sensor came on several times causing me to stop each time and check tires which made slowed the journey down and took alot longer than what I wanted it to or what it should have. Other than Codey at the uhaul center it was a pretty piss poor experience!!MARK D.

The fellow who took the truck back in was very friendly and kind. He checked over everything very efficiently and asked about the furniture dolly we had "rented". When I told him there were none left and that the guy at the pick up location told me he was going to take it off the bill, the man at the drop-off location said they hadn't done that, but he took it off the bill without a problem.RICK R.
A clearance light was burnt out when delivered, showed staff but no offer to immediately replace it, then was still not replaced when I rented the exact same trailer a week later. Pulled my truck into a very long line of truck at the return line. Had to wait 10 min before I could find anyone to help with the return. And of course just like the rental location the CSR had their mask down during the whole process.STEVEN W.
The ramp when I brought it to my house was slightly bent, like a U and it caught and would not come out without putting a lever underneath it and pushing it over the part catching. I would recommend that the ramp be fixed. Not everyone is going to be mechanically inclined to know to get a screwdriver and use it as a lever to get it over the catch. However the location was beautiful, clean, and the associate was fantastic. I would recommend as it is a great value. In fact I plan to rent again soon.Brian K.
