I have explained my experience on Google Reviews..You do not take care of your customers or care for their concerns. My experience was a total nightmare. I asked to be Reimbursed for one month. And you are offering a free month to new residents. And you were going to increase my rent. For what nothing changed..I had even rented truck for extended time. Will not recommend your storage facility. Broken equipment and hard to get to units. And your climate control was very misleading. I will continue to spread the word. The many people I spoke to using the units were not happy either. Truck rental was good and the staff was nice. Josh Crawford was not helpful or accommodating. Didn’t even respond back to messages by phone or email.

My storage unit previous in Grandview, MO had similar setup but bathroom was clean. My wife could not use your bathroom so that was the only complaint.
ALLEN M | First ImpressionsI was recommended to the storage facility by a friend who professionally does unit auctions. They said there is only one facility you should go to in town and this is it. Everything they said was true. Staff was always kind and helpful, manager was amazing, phone assistance was spectacular and I always felt safe no matter the time of the day I went there. I would highly recommend this facility. It was worth every penny.

I just don't understand why Uhaul gave me a unit that had someone's else lock. It was a nightmare!!!! But it got better after the lady assist me and she was very pleasant and she knew how I felt about what happened.

Candido A | First ImpressionsThe unit is definitely not climate controlled. It was much warmer than the Public Storage unit I was vacating. The thermometer in the front area was above the threshold of what it’s supposed to be and the area my unit is located in is even warmer. I’m tempted to buy a thermostat for my unit to prove how much warmer it is over there. I’m definitely concerned my items are going to deteriorate faster in that hot environment. If it weren’t for the temperature I would be thrilled with the service and overall business so I really hope I don’t end up having to move over this.
