I probably wouldn't do the mobile pickup option again. It was frustrating to have to take a picture of myself and when it wasn't good enough I had to retake it. Additionally, I had to provide the information of someone who was not going to be a driver and when I was texted to let me know that I would be receiving a call from one of your representatives (about the photo retake), they texted the other person even though I answered the phone when they called.Patrick S.

I was supposed to have free storage for one month. I get there and younger guy gave us a storage unit. My kids and I can be se n on camera putting things in storage. When I went back to unload the unit all of a sudden the pin is deactivated and the guy claimed he couldn't find my reservation. Called customer service and submitted a ticket.Kisahy P.

Returned the truck ahead of time but was called and left a smart ass message that we needed to return the truck. Apparently noone completed the check in. Pre paid milage but we DID NOT use the whole 60 miles but still charged for 60 miles.James G.
I specifically asked for a newer and well maintained vehicle because I was traveling 1500 miles round trip. What I got was a beater truck with a 124000 miles on it. I had to put oil in it for which they declined to reimburse me. I won't be renting from this location again or U Haul in general if I can at all help it. Can't get anyone on the phone and it takes an entire day to get an email answered. REALLY POOR SERVICE all around.David C.
Sarcasm is not becoming of someone when you put gas in the truck and it literally was less then a pinch on the mark and the associate tells you I mean u could pay 4dollars a gallon or fill it up more your choice. It was condensending and sarcastic.ANGEL M.

Vehicle was left with no gas. Low fuel light was on when entered. Staff did not acknowledge and tried to charge me when I returned the vehicle. I returned it with more fuel...SERGIO A.
When I arrived to pick up my truck, at checkout seemed like that had zero information about me. I ordered the truck online but had to repeat all the information again, my address, the drop off U-Hauls address. They didn't seem to know I ordered a tow dolly, and then tried to charge me again for it. What's the point of ordering online with all the info if you have to redo everything at the store? We were told we would be getting a newer truck with around 50k miles because we were going on a one way trip out of state. When we arrived the day of our move, we were given an old truck with 160k+ miles, which leaked gas at our loading site but was unable to show when we took the truck back to U-Haul. Because the truck was older, there were no USB ports or anything inside which made it difficult on a one way trip of 7hrs using a phone GPS. We also ordered a tow dolly for one of our cars, which was ridiculously difficult to load. Aside from paying $59 for the dolly, they will charge you an extra $20 to load it. And by load it I mean YOU drive it and they direct you standing in front of it. You literally can't do this yourself so why isn't that fee included in the cost of the dolly? Rip off. The ramp isn't accurate so 2x4's needed to be used to lift the car up, and then at the end to bring my car up high enough not to take my front bumper off. My car is standard and does not sit low. I don't understand why U-Haul hasn't come up with a better method to load these cars.STEPHANIE A.
