Customer service was excellent. He provided me with information on how to get in and out of my storage and was able to assist when I was checking out. Customer service rep that I worked with had a line of people and no one to assist him. He was pleasant and helpful.

Janie M | Overall ExperienceTo whom it may concern the lighting is a bit out dated not well lit take awhile to come on with the sensor that amount of rodent droppings in my storage unit was disgusting . Key card to gain access is a joke never worked properly . Staff is could be friendly looks like there customer service is poor and understaffed . The storage inside halllways where dirty like they never get tended to not cleaned . For the amount of coin this storage facility is charging I don’t see it to be worth the price for the condition of you belongings to be stored especially having the rodents eat away at comforters that was stored in my unit as well as other items . willie s | Overall ExperienceThe staff was helpful and friendly. The storage unit itself was adequate but far from the quality of the average rental locations. This specific U-Haul Storage Facility was in a questionable part of town that I would NOT recommend going to after the sun goes down. Other than that, I had no problems.
