They are rude and would rather auction off your items than give you 2 days to pay your balance. Which was less than $350. Never again! I would never recommend using them!

Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. After a long moving day, their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. What really stood out was how willing they were to help when our plans changed. We had originally planned to store our trailer in our storage unit, but when that didn’t work out, they kindly allowed us to leave it at their location. That level of flexibility and customer service meant so much to us and took a huge weight off our shoulders during an already hectic move. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond the way they did. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service. We highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone returning or renting a truck. You’ll be in great hands!
Stacie H | First ImpressionsWhile our items were not ruined due to being in bins, they were wet after you had a leak above our unit which was checked out by staff while we were on the premises. While she acknowledged this, there was no offer of a discount for the month despite her noting our items were wet. Futhermore, mouse droppings were located in the unit uppon clean out. Also, the three times our unit was locked over due to nonpayment, the lock was not taken off after payment had been made each time, requiring us to go in and remind staff that it needed to be removed.

Joe A | Overall ExperienceI was disappointed that the reservation I had for a 10x10x10 unit was not available when I got to the site. I was given (2) 5x10 to compensate for the reservation not available. However, the first units were in a horrible location where church was in session and there was no parking, was promptly given another pair of units, after about 20mins not being about to find them I was very frustrated, I believe it was because I couldn't get close enough due to the parking issue with the church service to search properly, I went back to the office and was, again given another set of units that were easy to find and I could park close enough to the entrances, I am handicapped. So, to sum up the experience with the worker he was very understanding and accommodating and was above average, but the lack of the unit I had reserved, it was disappointing. Thank you Sue now in units 2515,2517.
