The only bad thing I have to say is the original size we agreed upon was not available. I really wanted the 10/20 instead of the 10/15

KELLY G | First ImpressionsOnly thing that I wasn't pleased with was the locks you sell , I had to buy a new lock because my key wouldn't open my lock after purchasing it months later. I had to pay 50 dollars to have it cut off, I received a new lock and months later when I went to clean my storage out, I couldn't get in my storage again the lock had to be cut off. The good thing was this time I wasn't charged to have it cut off it was done as a courtesy. I recommend that U-Haul get new locks to sell to there customers , other than that everything was great 🥰

The only reason why I wouldn't recommend this facility to someone is because there's another storage facility not too far from there that is way cheaper. We could have saved about $50 a month had we gone to the other facility.
