The unit was dirty from the previous rental, but the site representative got a broom and mop and took care of it immediately, which was much appreciated.Kort C.
I reserved a certain truck size a week in advance. On Friday evening I received a call from the reservation line and was told someone didn't return the equipment that I needed. I was given a new time of 4:00 which was a huge inconvenience for my family. Then I receive a text message that my reservation has been changed to 5:30. I called the location and Steven took my information and said he would call me if someone returned the equipment. I needed going to the location around 5:30 pm to pick up the equipment. Donald was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.FAYETTA H.
We had to wait over an extra hour because the staff didn't see that the truck we reserved was sitting on their lot. Their system said the truck hadn't been returned by the previous customer, so they wasted time calling other locations for a new truck. Finally the previous customer called the store back and told the staff the truck was on the lot. We could have saved an hour if the staff had thought to look out their window. So perhaps you could institute a checklist where the first thing staff does is give their lot a visual once-over.DIANE J.

I had a really bad experience with trucks not being available at time of pickup set me to a different location with the truck was not there talk to someone else they wanted me to go to a location which was about 3 and 1/2 to 4 hour drive to pick up a vehicle was moving had to be out of my house by the 30th of September I had to pay rat for a extra day because U-Haul was unavailable for myself so I could not move out and so the first then when I finally got the trucks it wasn't the size that I needed that I made reservations for then I was called back to bring the truck that is originally picked up station because someone was waiting for the truck what's the office called me and I was wondering why didn't the office still the same for me for the person who had a truck that did not bring your back was very disappointed and U-Haul servicesDESIREE G.

Nothing, the lady that helped me was outstanding! Pleasant, friendly and went out of her way to get me in and out. She went over the trailer with me showed me how to operate the ratchet straps. Double checked my lights and her chain attachments. Super Job!RONALD L.
Customer service was very slow at check-in at the desk. I had selected mobile entry anyway so I continued checking in that way. Which was quick and easy. I did not receive the dolly or the half dozen furniture pads/clothes. I returned early and notified the employee that I was missing those items. Nikki, who is the General Manager, is a miserable, racist, evil, person, who I would rather not ever deal with again. It is bad enough how she treats whites. However, watching how she treats blacks, customers or Uhaul employees, is one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my like. Forget about the fact that her conduct is illegal. It is simply disgusting. I realize you will never do anything. However, our company is pulling all our business from Uhaul as we do not tolerate that type of conduct from our employees or our vendors.Howard B.

This Governor Printz location is the best U-Haul service station in the area. Honestly I've been disappointed by other services in the area, where they either did not have the vehicle listed on their website or they weren't in during the hours listed. Governor Printz has never disappointed and the service is always professional. I work for a local magazine called Out & About and have no personal connections to this station. I just feel others should know these guys get it right.JAMES M.
Educate your customer service agents to be more aware on how to ring up customers. I use this U-Haul multiple times a month and depending on what person process is my rental agreement, they don't understand how to use the computer terminal to process credit cards. The staff was friendly and professional, a great combination. Roland, my advisor, is a born "people person." He anticipates a customer's needs and meets any need in a timely manner. For one offer Military or senior discounts. I had a vehicle with a bad wiper and acceleration. Traveling with a bad wiper. And acceleration problem told me for 2,349.00 and still can't reach HQ to address this. Online service needs to improve. I placed a order for a 20 foot truck, and the online service sent me to a location to pick up said truck,and there were no trucks there!! Not only did I n Pay for that truck, but I also had to turn around and pay for the only truck available which was a 17 foot truck. Not that happy at all!!!ERNEST L.

the uhaul location erroneously canceled my reservation and then in an attempt to find me a truck available for my reserved time, somehow associated my account with another account with an outstanding balance of $3,000 and refused to rent me a truck until they could speak to the person they added to my account--whom I've never met. It took 3 hours for this to be resolved. The folks in-store tried to be as helpful as possible, however, I need to call the corporate number which repeatedly put me on hold for 20+ minutes without ever returning.ALEXIS A.

The facility was over run with mice & other rodents. I came in one night & something big & furry ran into a broken unit. All of my things were covered in mice droppings. My bags & boxes were eaten open by rodents. Dead mice were in the hallways as well as flies. This isn't the 1st time either.
