Brittany W | Overall ExperienceThe 9x5 open, spring ramped trailer, that I hauled 809 miles from Colorado to Texas, by myself, was absolutely the safest and most solid piece of equipment I could have ever hoped for. The tires were in excellent condition and the trailer did not bounce or make a lot of noise either. Christina, at the Golden, Colorado location, completely helped me out with such enthusiasm and ease or practicality that I called her back when I arrived at my destination to let her know I made it safely and to thank her for making sure I had such a solid piece of equipment and for help and blessings of good faith! She was SOOO awesome to work with. Thank you, U-Haul! This was my first experience using your movement services. What an excellent experience for such a great venture across this U.S. High-5, Christina! Bonus** I got a free month of storage at the U-Haul I dropped the trailer off at!! Thanks a TON, U-Haul! I rate you #1!!

Sharon W | First ImpressionsI went to sign the contract and get the key card for my daughter to move it to the Waxahachie facility around noon. When she arrived at about 8pm with her trailer full of stuff the unit we had just rented earlier that day had a lock on it. Her grandmother went and banged on the door until the live in employee finally opened the door. He proceeded to first tell her the lock was on the unit because they hadn’t paid the bill, then when told it had just need rented that day he said they reopen at 9am and closed the door in her face. So my daughters uncle had to drive the trailer all the way to Arlington and then come back with it the next morning because of the incompetence and unwillingness to work with them of the staff n Waxahachie.
