My rating is over the 10 years I've had the unit. The issue is always in the suummer when the a/c unit goes out & takes weeks to fix. On the occasions I had to communicate with staff regarding this, they were not very helpful in rectifying the situation or compensating in any way.
AGRIPINA R | Overall ExperienceNeesha and her staff specifically Tommi, helped me get my past due account taken care of and brought current so I was able to retrieve my property. The truck rental process took jumping through a few hoops, none of which were the locations fault, but the ladies on lication (NOT CORPORATE) didnt stop trying until they got me into a truck! Thank you to everyone at U-Haul on Kck way! Yall are the best!!
