Fix the electrical jumper cords. Took the second one to get the trailer lights working. And, that one had connectivity issues before all was said and done. Not what one wants on the interstate in the rain at night. Nor, anytime for that matter. Locations need to include a spare with each rental. Charge for it. Refund the cost when returned with the rental. Nuf said. I need a cold beer .......... "It's 5:00 somewhere !"

Early morning are usually busy, so it should be 2 ppl there so the wait is t so long but overall great service
They were busy. I waited in line for a while just to be told that I didn't need to wait in line to return a trailer. Employee was on the phone scheduling other employees with customers standing in line waiting. Not considerate.

Great people , easy access , equipment in great shape
My only problem was that I returned after hours and attempted to return the truck online with my phone. However I was not able to do the mobile check in because the website would not except my location even though my location settings were all on. I had to pay an extra $20 because it would not allow me to do the mobile check on my phone.
Everyone at this location was top notch! The man who took my truck back took his time to call and sat on the phone for 25 minutes calling to make sure I would get my deposit back!! Its amazing!

The entire booking experience was seamless, they were very courteous and helpful when I needed to decide what size truck I needed. the following day we had a few hiccups and they called to check on me and it was so nice when I asked for an extension and he said no worries, you answered our call and that makes us feel better also knowing things are still working out for you.The the following day the young men who were there to close the rental and check the truck were awesome also. This is customer service as good as Chikafile' lol.
Picked up a trailer at 904am. Dropped at 642pm. Got charged an additional $20 for after hours. They mever mentioned anything other than 24 hour rental. We had it less than 10 hours. Called this morning about the charge. What a joke. Never again. I hate to say it but odds are Im not a BLM supporter and I guess it showed.
The location that I had reserved from on 67 in Midlothian TX failed to fulfill my original contract and Demetrius in Cedar Hill did a fabulous job making everything right!

Truck leaked rain water and no one told me.
Had no problems at all!!! However the reservation I had made the week before in waxahachie- I didn't get my rental and they offered me nothing not even my 50.00 guarantee rental. Will always use cedar hill one when needed!

Highlight out (drivers side) and I had to wait 3 hours to pick up my vehicle because the gate was blocked by trucks AND the air intake hose came detached while I was driving, thought I ran out of gas and wasted another 2-3 hours (and $50 cash) until finally popping the hood and figured out what the problem was. Terrible experience overall
Team inside location was very professional, helpful and quick. I appreciated their help and willingness to go over everything, walk around and Inspected the truck with me and also checked me in quickly upon my return. Good customer service.

The trailer wasn't swept out and the renting manager/owner couldn't be bothered to say "Good morning." But that is not the reason I will not use U-Haul ever again. The app that we are told to use to document the condition of the trailer is a waste of my time. It is your job to document conditions and mitigate equipment losses, not mine. When I come in to rent I, like all of your other customers, am busy with things to do: moving, going to work, some other specific task. To waste my time plugging away at marking radio buttons tells me you care less about your customer than your internal process. Metrics, metrics, metrics. That kid you hired out of college for pennies on the dollar against that "seasoned" old school employee you let go is going to run you out of business. Quite transferring your work to your client through technology and fooling yourself into believing it is technological progress. It's burden-shifting, and it's never been successful in the history of commerce. And it won't be this time. End of lesson.

This was a nice experience. The electronic check out and return was so convenient. The truck had great power and AC and was clean. ... BTW, because of Covid, in Texas, expired driver's licenses have been extended indefinitely. I have renewed mine, but do not have the new DL card. You asked for a photo of the DL, which is fine, but your system does not allow for a photo of the renewal paper. Perhaps you could make allowance for that. I am glad that you did not reject my reservation because my DL card had an expired date. ... At any rate, thanks for a good experience.
