Check the trailers for water leaks. We drove through rain for a couple of days and all the boxes on the floor of the trailer were ruined along with some of the contents. Next time I will hose the trailer down before loading it. The water probably came in around the back door but since the trailer a 6X12 sat lower on the trailer hitch all the water moved forward during the trip.

I was using the app to check in and finalize when a staff member told me to move the van from its parking spot to the return line. I felt that wasted some of my time as I had finalized the turn in before having to move the vehicle at his request.

There was an oily film on the floor of the truck. Could not be detected until you actually walked on the surface - and it was extremely slick and dangerous to work on while loading. I mentioned all this when I returned the truck and just got a ‘guess it didn’t get cleaned well - so sorry.’ Felt a little patronizing.

The full process was not explained clearly when I asked what was the rental process. I was not charged the fee that I was quoted. And instead of refunding my balance of the rental out of the $100 deposit that was put on hold on my card back to my card they sent a check in the mail. Why would they do that if I did not request that???? The customers service did not exist at this location. I called and inquired about the hold and release of the funds and was told someone will give me a call back but do you think I did NO??. I was told that I will get a call back to verify if the check can not be sent since it had just processed on the day I called which was friday 13 and the refund be put back on my card. Instead I finally get my receipt for the rental and a copy of a form saying a check was issued on friday 13th I rented sunday 8th of Dec so it seems as if they did not process my return of the rental until the 13th. Again why so long. My money is not theirs to play with. What if I really really needed the balance of the deposit. So instead of a 3-5 days turn around it should have taken it will be 8-15 day turn around because you never know how the mail will run where the check has to come from or if it makes it to me and not get lost!!!!??????????????????

Discrepancy with mileage. They said there numbers showed we put 90 miles on the vehicle. That was impossible. I know there route such was taken and it could not have been more than 50. I think their account was inaccurate.

First we called the main Uhaul number to rent a unit for a 7k mile trip. Uhaul made our reservation and sent us to a location to pick up our truck. Once there we find out that the truck was not allowed to leave town. The very nice manager there worked her magic And figured it out for us. Once we got in the truck and left the 1st thing we noticed was we could not see out the front window as it had been either cleaned with something that left a terrible film, Or they were not cleaned it all. Next we found the previous person's rental paperwork in the glove Box and finally there was dog hair all over the cab area.
