The woman who help me didn't seem to know the system. She kept clicking the same button expecting different results. Another girl came in (Gabby I believe) and told her she needed to fill out all the information before it would let her go further. She also sent me the wrong drop off location. Sent me to the Carrollton location that doesn't exist. There was something wrong with the transmission on that truck, it didn't seem to want to go over 4,000 rpm. I forgot to mention that at drop off. Gabby seemed to know what she was doing but the other girl didn't.
The clerk was horrible no assistance with the Vehicle trailer stated that would be extra. Didn't make sure the equipment was Functional.
Grab strap on trailer door was broken making it very difficult to open/close door.

Takes forever to check out. Everything done on cell phones and "cell service is terrible here." Dropped off truck in time and took them 20 mins to check it in because they had four trucks sitting there emailing to be checked in. That put me over 24 hours and they charged me another day. Screw yall.
I left the truck with the exact amount of gas it had when I picked it up and I got charge 14 gallons of gas. I called to ask and the manager was screaming at me, they said it's on me because I left, I told him I left becase the lady that received the truck told me to leave because she had 5 trucks in front of me. I was talking on the phone with a lady she was been nice and out of nowhere the store manager started screaming at me and been disrespectful.
Get a seating area for ppl thats waiting that is social distancing from one another
The customer service is horrible at this location. I wasn't even greeted when I walked in to pick up my reservation. The guy who was my rep was on his phone texting the whole time while messing with the computer creating my contract. The contract should've been explained in full as far how to return etc. Overall I will never use nor recommend this location again.
Have equipment clean. I can say that the evening clerk was very sweet called to let me know that I left some very sentimental objects in truck

People were not friendly as I did not know what to do when dropping the truck off. I had to speak to the person as he just said keys please. I'm like, what's next...do I go in or...ugh. Sooooooo dissatisfied with this company...from start to finish with my moving from state to state. NEVER again!!!! And you better believe I will be telling anyone who listens to the additional stress this company added to my moving experience and how they didn't care AT ALL!!!!

I selected a drop off location from the uhaul list of locations. When I get there they informed me that they were no longer a uhaul facility. I go to another facility down the street. Only to be told it wasn't equipped to accommodate the trailer. The lady gave us the address and phone number to another facility. We called ahead to make sure the were able to except this 5Ã—8 trailer. They said yes come on. We get there and east told the couldn't accept it because it's not our drop off location ðŸ˜¡,we should have call the location directly before coming. We told him again we did call ahead. We showed him the phone number and address the previous lady wrote down for us. The he says we need to call the 1-800 number to have drop off location changed to this location. We asked him to do it to speed things up he said no. We are the customers it's our responsibility as the customers to prevent additional fee's for wrong dropoff. Customer service was very helpful. Like I said earlier. No issue with personnel just the system.

Stress the importance of wearing mask to protect your customers. Two of three of your employees were not wearing mask when we arrived we almost walked out.
