T'Cambria P | First ImpressionsThe guys that were in the office on kiest and Westmoreland was slow and unprofessional one considerate that it was 104° outside they were supposed to be coming to take the lock off the locker and they was jacking around in other words playing around and it was hot outside I didn't like that
Tina F | First ImpressionsThe storage unit that was provided belonged to someone already so when we made the trip to put our belongings in it, it was padlocked we waisted gas and miles, we had to leave our things on the truck that night. I had to miss work due to having to move the next day! So I also lost money from work. However I did eventually get a storage, they did extend the truck hopefully they’ll take care of mileage since it’s U-HAUL fault that we went over paid miles. Oh and lady in the front office is rude!
