Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWorst location ever, rude, never answer the phone, I called over and over again, at least 50 phone calls. They claim I left a couple boxes till the next morning and charged me another full month. I tried and tried to reach them and when I finally did, by going through customer service I was charged late fees and everything. I will never use your company again and will discourage all friends and family as well.
kelli f | Experiencia generalThe team there is super helpful and nice dkwan takes care of the people
David G | Experiencia generalThe staff at U-Haul, very friendly and easy to get along with, everything i ask for help with they delivered for me. I would definitely use the storage place again in the future if need be, my stuff was there for almost 2 years and I had no problems, I had indoor storage, very cool and clean in the summer, warm and clean in winter…5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… B Hoffmann
Bernadtte H | Experiencia generalThe only problem I actually had is when You haul charge my card for someone else's unit. The problem was fixed right away.
DESTINEY L | Experiencia generalThe staff at this facility are rude and unprofessional! I’ve told them 5 times now that we’re not renting this space any more, and they still call, email, and send snail mail to me. I called yesterday and Keegan was an extremely poor listener who then actually hung up on me! I talked to the “manager” 6 weeks ago and told him we were walking away from #119, but the harassment continues! I’ll never rent from U-Haul again!
ANDREW C | Experiencia generalKind and helpful staff
VENATIUS N | Experiencia generalEverytime I went there I was treated professionally personable and Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my physical limitations being that I am wheelchair bound. U Haul should be proud to have Such Excellent Customer Service Representatives.as Part of the U Haul Team! Please let all of them know personally that their service is appreciated. I would appreciate it if U Haul could put a Note in Their Permanent Personnel File to This Effect! Thank You U Haul for Hiring Associates Like Those at the 1735 N Lewis Avenue Waukegan Illinois 60085 location!
Patricia T | Experiencia generalMove in was so easy and convenient.
Linda K | Primeras impresionesI don’t recall the man’s name who helped my husband and I but he went above and beyond to help us out. He was patient and understand of our situation despite it being his time to leave and go home. I do recommend the facility have key card access until late hours as stated in the app.
ELENA R | Primeras impresionesEveryone very helpful professional and courteous
MINNIE M | Primeras impresionesIt is entirely to much to write. However I can say the staff that was there for the of my stay there were friendly then when the new management n staff members took over they were very rude and carried a sarcastic attitude. Very u please with the staff now at this location.

Aricela A | Primeras impresionesEverything was good. It was in a convenient location. We could pretty much access the time.
