Karen W | Primeras impresionesGreat people = your greatest strength
Raymond K | Primeras impresionesThe storage facility was well maintained and managed. There were many different sizes storage units to choose from and there was security provided with a gate code to enter and leaving the storage facility. I felt that my personal items was safe and secure with U-Haul storage.
Carlton T | Experiencia generalI know that nothing will come out of this because not even Alexis, the regional manager ever care to handle my complaint, my storage was broken into and I believe it was a former employee (manager) the gate was broken for several months and not sure if the cameras work, I’ve been asking for the footage and not nothing, also not even a SORRY received from them so no, the answer is I will never suggest renting from this facility ever again
Ricardo P | Experiencia generalGreat people - Best part of you is your excellent people!
Raymond K | Primeras impresionesThey were so amazing and helpful and work with you every time!! Thank you!
Vanessa R | Experiencia generalI had a great experience dealing with all employees in person and on the phone.
stanley c | Primeras impresionesThank you so much U-Haul for having me as a customer. I enjoyed my time there and I appreciate the convenience and everything you did for me. You guys are awesome wonderful appreciate it I'm out of my unit and thank you again you guys are awesome. Took me a little time after I went through some medical issues and I'm now back into recovery thank you
SCOTT H | Experiencia generalI wish I didn’t have to get out of the car for the keypad. I do love my unit being in a building and close to the door. I love that the hallway has a light. I love uhual customer service and feel confident with their reputation.
SELINA H | Primeras impresionesThe storage unit was free for one month because we rented a truck. The staff were very accommodating and let us get a larger unit because we weren’t sure all our stuff would fit in the unit size they recommended. It was super easy to set up and to end the rental.
