patrick h | First ImpressionsThe check in process was very easy. The worker was kind and informative. The facility is in fair condition overall. However, there were stains/messes on the storage unit floor and mouse droppings alongside all walls in the facility. Furthermore, my code was not working for the restroom and I was desperate. After calling U-Haul, the phone support person contacted the local team and discovered that the restroom was closed for maintenance. There was no such signage. This would have been a great experience if the storage unit were clean and restroom at least had an out-of-order sign (so I didn't have to spend 15 minutes on an avoidable phone call while rushing to unpack by closing).
